80% Of Americans Don't Trust The Government

According to a PEW research poll, 80% of Americans do not trust the government. With the rampant abuse of public goodwill that occurred under the Bush administration, only to be followed by a year of disappointing revelations and actions by the Obama administration, Americans have good reason not to trust the government.

Let's not forget the lies of the Clinton administration, regarding Bill Clinton's extracurricular sexual activities and then First Lady Hillary Clinton's duplicitous dealings in the Whitewater scandal.

Most egregiously, the long suffering American people have been lied to about a war that wreaked havoc in the Middle East and destroyed America's name all over the world.

The nation's citizens have also been subjected to lies about renditioning, warrantless spying on American citizens by the FBI and NSA in the areas of telephones, mobile phones, computers, emails, GPS, bank accounts, credit reports and library cards. Deficit and budgetary spending has also been corrupted and camouflaged to hide the truth.

It's been one lie after another for the past twenty years, giving the American people and the world, no reason to trust the U.S. government. What is most alarming is the government's abuse of the U.S. Constitution, court system and federal law, in attempting to get away with blatantly illegal and unethical conduct. This misconduct hit a jarring crescendo under the Bush administration.

Some government officials have smirked and laughed at the gross lack of transparency and culpability in office, regarding illegal conduct they have been able to get away with, that has been witnessed by the American people and the world, clearly not grasping it has deteriorated America to terrible degrees.

It's the equivalent of burning one's house down, not realizing people are watching the act of self-sabotage, in a crooked attempt to become rich and powerful, via illegally obtained funds one is banking on.

9 hours ago - WASHINGTON — America's "Great Compromiser" Henry Clay called government "the great trust," but most Americans today have little faith in Washington's ability to deal with the nation's problems.

Public confidence in government is at one of the lowest points in a half century, according to a survey from the Pew Research Center. Nearly 8 in 10 Americans say they don't trust the federal government and have little faith it can solve America's ills, the survey found.

The survey illustrates the ominous situation President Barack Obama and the Democratic Party face as they struggle to maintain their comfortable congressional majorities in this fall's elections. Midterm prospects are typically tough for the party in power. Add a toxic environment like this and lots of incumbent Democrats could be out of work.

Copyright infringing singer, Cheryl Cole, flat out lied to OK Magazine last month in claiming the rip-off song she sings "Fight For This Love" was written about her troubled marriage:

"She also admitted her single Fight For This Love was inspired by her marriage: 'I can completely identify with what that song is saying... Every woman who has been in a relationship knows what I'm talking about.'" - http://showbiz.sky.com

Well, how does she explain that the song I wrote that she ripped off was in the Library of Congress/Copyright Office, registered to me, FOUR YEARS before she stole it.

She claims the song is about her tumultuous marriage to Chelsea FC football player, Ashley Cole, but the song was written BEFORE SHE EVEN MET OR MARRIED HIM.

These are questions you will have to answer in court, Cheryl. I was wondering which jurisdiction to sue you in, what with your criminal record and all, for viciously punching a black toilet attendant in the face and calling her the racial slur "a Caribbean Jigaboo" and "black bit*h" when she told her she had to pay for a lollipop she stole in a nightclub. Well, aren't you a nasty little piece of work. Apparently, you believe in stealing as a way of life.

She is definitely apart of the criminal misconduct and knows exactly what's going on, as there were additional illegally copied files that she utilized in her personal life, which later became public, that had nothing to do with the songs, which the Judiciary Report will cover shortly.

14.10.03 - Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Tweedy demanded that a lavatory attendant whose eye she had punched be brought back to her so she could "give her another one", a court heard today.

The singer was shouting racial insults after the fracas at The Drink nightclub in Guildford in January, Kingston Crown Court was told...

Cheryl's Ashley Reveal

11:39AM, Feb 15, 2010 - It looks like things are a bit tough for Cheryl Cole and husband Ashley. They've been through tough times before but will they get through the latest drama to hit the headlines?

Before last week's allegations that Ashley sent racy photo messages to a glamour girl, Cheryl spoke to Hello! magazine about her marriage to the Chelsea footballer.

"If it's worth fighting for, then fight,' Cheryl confessed. "You don't have to just give up when two people who love each other have a few problems."

Cheryl made it clear she has never defended Ashley in relation to his previous alleged infidelity, but through all the hardships they still love each other: "You've got to work on your relationship. Sometimes one of you makes a mistake, sometimes the other. Nevertheless, anyone who throws in the towel ends up achieving nothing."

She also admitted her single Fight For This Love was inspired by her marriage: "I can completely identify with what that song is saying... Every woman who has been in a relationship knows what I'm talking about."

But, through all the dramas, she told the magazine: "I'd like to start a family with Ashley. Not this year, but I don't want to wait forever to have children."

These plans might be put on hold following further claims today by The Sun that her footballer husband has sent texts to a second girl.

Cheryl's people have "no comment" to make on the news and we are currently waiting to hear back from Ashley's reps.

Another FBI Informant Endangered By The Bureau

Adding to the Judiciary Report's ongoing serious of stories on widespread FBI criminal negligence, another person has come forward with a very telling story, regarding the Federal Bureau of Investigation leaving her for dead, after they got what they wanted.

A woman named "Andrea" who worked as an informant for the FBI against the Mexican mafia, stated she received a call shortly after from the Bureau, asking her to take part in a Discovery channel documentary, "Inside the FBI" which was meant to showcase the agency's alleged skills.

They promised her anonymity in the documentary and she received anything but. Her home, neighborhood and two cars were shown on the program, without her consent, alerting the Mexican mafia to the fact she had become a cooperating witness for the FBI, divulging all the criminal organization's secrets.

She was even arrested during the course of her work for the FBI and they left her to rot in jail, as they did to Craig Monteilh.

When she complained to the FBI regarding her arrest by local police and her identity being exposed on television, requesting protection, as she has two children, they let her know it was her problem and left her for dead. How vile!

"Andrea"

She went public with her story and was featured on the news, as a means of seeking help, protection and visibility, in a bid to discourage an retaliatory attacks, as everyone would assume the Mexican mafia did it.

The FBI's conduct is disgusting and appalling. Just this week, a retired FBI agent, Craig Dotlo, slammed the U.S. Congress stating, "The members of Congress, on both sides of the aisle, like to pretend they do everything right and they’re trying to protect the American people from these bumbling idiots (who work for the Bureau)."

But that's just it, the FBI under its current leadership is "bumbling." Look what they did to that woman. She helped them and this is how they repay her, clumsily exposing her identity to the Mexican mafia on international television.

I know the head of the FBI has a hatred for minorities such as blacks and Hispanics, but his conduct is unsound, very bad business sense and poor government policy.

Making promises to victims of crime and informants that the Bureau consistently fails to keep, in stories that have now gone public, is not only dishonorable and arrogant, it is self-defeating for the FBI.

Mueller's madness in repeatedly leaving victims of crime and informants for dead, after the agency obtains information, is going to make it that much harder for the FBI to get people to talk and cooperate in the future.

It is also going to damage the credibility of U.S. intelligence worldwide, such as the FBI's more potent and effective sister agency, the ruthless CIA, who has to operate in the international community among scores of minorities in the Middle East (300,000,000 people), South America (300,000,000), the Caribbean (20,000,000 people) and Britain (60,000,000).

What is a promise going to be worth from anyone in U.S. intelligence at this point, after the FBI's constant acts of treachery in deliberately breaking their pledges to victims of crime and informants.

UPDATED: 7:41 pm PST February 8, 2010 - SAN DIEGO -- An informant for the FBI told 10News the agency double-crossed her and put her life in danger after she helped them in a risky operation.

"Andrea" was a highly placed member of the notorious Mexican Mafia. She said she was responsible for one of the most successful operations against the highly organized gang. She said much of the operation was recorded on videotape.

In the Discovery Channel's documentary "Inside the FBI," the operation Andrea took part in was called "one of the largest Mexican Mafia takedowns in FBI history." The documentary focused on a raid carried out in San Diego last February that featured major law enforcement action. The producers of the documentary had unusual access to much of the operation known as

"Keys to the City."

The raid was considered a success, with 40 members of the Mexican Mafia arrested. Their bosses, who are in prison, were also named in federal indictments. For authorities, it was described as a major victory over a dangerous gang with a very long reach. Authorities said the Mexican Mafia controls many segments inside local jails, state and federal prisons and the Hispanic street gangs in San Diego.

At the press conference following the operation, FBI Special Agent in Charge Keith Slotter described the Mexican Mafia and said, "Many of the made members of the Mexican Mafia are behind bars. However, they do have the ability to run their operations from prisons and have been successful in doing that." ...

In the Discovery Channel's documentary, Andrea's handlers were full of praise, but she said some serious mistakes were made when the documentary aired.

While she would eventually have to testify in open court against the mafia members, Andrea said the FBI and documentary producers endangered her life by revealing too much. Andrea claimed the documentary repeatedly showed her two cars and her home.

After the documentary aired, she e-mailed 10News about what she described as "problems with the FBI and their broken promises."

"I knew if I wasn't really dead, I was dead now," said Andrea...

On occasion the FBI will enlist the help of cooperating witnesses to assist in terrorism and criminal investigations. A cooperating witness is someone who has agreed to testify in court proceedings as a result of their voluntary participation in an investigation. In an effort to protect the identity of these individuals, the FBI does not disclose their identity absent a court order or exigent circumstances. Individuals who cooperate with the FBI are expected to abide by the law during and after their cooperation with the FBI. Those who violate the law are subject to criminal prosecution like any other citizen.
