The FBI Harassed Innocent Scientist

Dr. Steven Hatfill, who was wrongfully accused by the U.S. FBI and DOJ, of waging acts of bioterrorism using anthrax that killed and injured innocent civilians, spoke about his terrible ordeal at the hands of the nation's primary law enforcement agency.

Hatfill stated the FBI stalked him, invaded his privacy and leaked defamatory information about him, which destroyed his life. They followed his vehicle everywhere, frequently ticketed him for invented traffic offenses and sat on either side of him at restaurants, constantly and menacingly making their presence known.

The FBI also audaciously threatened Dr. Hatfill's friends, telling them they were not to have any contact with him, in conduct that can only be described as un-American, hideous, disgraceful and ugly, in attempts at isolating him into insanity and a mental breakdown.

The FBI only switched gears half way through the Anthrax case and pointed the finger at another man, Dr. Bruce Ivins, who later killed himself, cracking after being abused, threatened, harassed and hounded, as Hatfill had been by the FBI and its parent agency, the DOJ.

In a futile attempt to justify their reckless, criminal conduct, the FBI arrogantly and insanely invented a form of science, rubbished and dismissed by REAL scientists all over the globe, as quackery and tom foolery, outside the realm of accepted scientific principles, precedents and protocols.

To this day, many scientists do not believe the FBI's case against Dr. Bruce Ivins or Dr. Hatfill, as there are so many holes in their legal theories, a completely implausible timeline and a discredited, unaccepted form of science packed with such bunk, poorly backing it, one realizes it was a desperate attempt to cover a law enforcement trial of terrible missteps and egregious errors, befitting dimwitted imbeciles.

Dr. Steven Hatfill

One has to wonder about the mental stability of those in charge of a law enforcement agency, that specializes in criminology and very poorly might I add, deciding to invent an unproven, illogical, so-called form of science, just to close out a criminal case. Somebody at the FBI has been watching too much "CSI" and not taking their meds.

All it takes is one FBI or DOJ employee to get some crazy idea in their vacant head about someone and huge sums of taxpayer dollars will be wasted investigating, disrupting and destroying the life of an innocent person. The sad fact of the matter is the FBI and DOJ, do not do due diligence and have destroyed many innocent people in the process.

The FBI destroyed Richard Jewell's life by wrongfully accusing him of the Atlanta Olympic bombing, with the stress from it all deteriorating his health, sending him to an early grace. They also destroyed the lives of four innocent men they framed for murder that ended up spending 40 years in prison, but later sued and won.

They recently had to make a $250,000 settlement using taxpayer money, for threatening, harassing and bullying, Abdallah Higazy, in an attempt at forcing a phony confession out of him. The FBI agent assaulted Higazy, threw him against a wall, placed his hand around his throat in a forceful manner and threatened to "make his family disappear" (kidnapped and killed) if he didn't confess to a crime he did not commit.

Then, when the FBI and DOJ's folly becomes so painfully evident to anyone with common sense, they are sued for destroying the lives of innocent people and have to make settlements or pay court judgments, once again, out of taxpayer money.

Invariably, this chronic, reckless, damaging criminal misconduct against the public, constituting police brutality, ends up in court, as people's rights are violated. Taxpayer money is then spent to defend criminal conduct by the FBI.

However, the FBI sees taxpayer funds as money to burn and spend like drunkards, with too much cash on their hands, therefore they do not care if they are hit with lawsuits for egregious misconduct against the public.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

Their expense accounts are padded, luxuries are consumed, overtime is abused and discretionary funds wasted, all underwritten by the American taxpayer - so to them it's just another dollar.

They engage in deeds so ugly and un-American against the nation's citizens and residents, they have to engage in massive cover-ups to hide the truth from the public.

It's a terrible way to run a law enforcement agency and it has needlessly made them many enemies in the nation and the world. The collateral and financial damage the FBI arrogantly racks up is enormous.

Federal employees needs to be held personally liable when they make wantonly bad, terrible judgment calls that damage the lives of innocent people.

If more federal employees were made to realize and adhere to the principle that taxpayer money will not bail you out when you become power mad and maliciously, in investigating and harassing others, they would watch their corrupt backsides before they ventured into illegal, abusive territory against innocent citizens, some of whom have died terrible deaths at the FBI's hands.

In closing, I ask you, the readers of this website, how would you feel if the FBI targeted, threatened, spied on and harassed you and your family and friends, publicly defaming you, costing you your job and good name, destroying your life, over a crime you did not commit that they did not properly investigate, only seeking to find someone to pin it on to meet an arrest quota, to keep the taxpayer cash flowing in from Congress. Think about that and remember this, they have done it to many people and continue to do so and you could be next.

The FBI Failed Again With Another Homegrown Terrorist

Video: Terror Suspect in Yemen Worked at US Nuke Sites

Once again, the FBI engaged in criminal negligence, in allowing a dangerous terrorist suspect, American born Muslim convert, Sharif Mobley, to roam free amongst innocent people in the United States, knowing he had terror ties, only for him to flee to Yemen and murder a security guard at a hospital.

Sharif Mobley

According to an Associated Press article, the FBI had Mobley under surveillance in America, but inexplicably did not bring him in, though he is a radicalized Muslim that made contact with Al Qaeda.

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

Even more infuriating is the fact he was allowed to work at several American nuclear plants, endangering millions, while espousing said radicalized beliefs, reminiscent of Fort Hood mass murderer, Nidal Maliak Hasan. The wrong person in a nuclear plant could have taken out millions of innocent people.

Once again, for the one millionth time, why are you, the FBI, allowing dangerous criminals to run around free.

U.S. citizen accused in Yemen killing had been under FBI watch

Saturday, March 13, 2010 - Sharif Mobley, a U.S. citizen accused of killing a hospital guard in Yemen, is believed to be a homegrown radical who left this country to make direct contact with al-Qaeda, according to U.S. counterterrorism officials, making him the latest in a string of such suspects.

Mobley, 26, first came to public attention Wednesday, when Yemeni authorities reported that he had grabbed a guard's gun during a medical visit last weekend after being arrested in a sweep of suspected al-Qaeda militants.

Several U.S. officials, all of whom spoke on the condition of anonymity, said Mobley had been in custody in Yemen for at least several weeks before the shooting and had been known to U.S. and Yemeni authorities for a considerable period before that. "He's been a matter of some concern for a while," according to one official.

The officials said FBI investigations had been underway in Delaware, among the places that Mobley had lived, and in New Jersey, where he was born and was once employed as a maintenance worker in nuclear power plants. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission said Friday that he also worked at nuclear plants in Pennsylvania and at Maryland's Calvert Cliffs but that it had no reason to believe he had had access to sensitive material, news services reported...

Couple Starved Child While Raising Virtual Kid

When People Take The Internet Too Seriously

"Anima" character from "Prius Online"

A couple has been arrested for allowing their three-month-old child to starve to death, as they were preoccupied with raising a virtual child on the internet, in the video game "Prius Online."

Some will refer to this case as internet addiction, while others will label it negligence. Either way it is a very sad story and one that need not be repeated again. Spending time with your family is more important than being on the internet.

Girl starved to death while parents raised virtual child in online game

Friday 5 March 2010 17.03 GMT - Korean couple became obsessed with raising virtual baby while their real infant daughter lay abandoned and unfed.

South Korean police have arrested a couple for starving their three-month-old daughter to death while they devoted hours to playing a computer game that involved raising a virtual character of a young girl.

The 41-year-old man and 25-year-old woman, who met through a chat website, reportedly left their infant unattended while they went to internet cafes. They only occasionally dropped by to feed her powdered milk.

According to the Yonhap news agency, South Korean police said the couple had become obsessed with raising a virtual girl called Anima in the popular role-playing game Prius Online. The game, similar to Second Life, allows players to create another existence for themselves in a virtual world, including getting a job, interacting with other users and earning an extra avatar to nurture once they reach a certain level...

FBI Had Chance To Prevent Pentagon Shooting

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

Reports are surfacing the FBI had an opportunity to prevent the Pentagon shooting that transpired a few days ago, which left two security guards wounded and the gun man, John Bedell dead.

His family reported him to the FBI due to the terrible threats he was making, but the Bureau ignored them, not recording the information.

Once again, as was the case with September 11th, Fort Hood, the 2009 Christmas Day bombing attempt in Detroit and the George Tiller murder, the FBI knew in advance, had chances to prevent it, but willfully did nothing.

Pentagon Shooter, John Bedell III, Could Have Been Stopped by FBI...! {VIDEO}

March 06, 2010 02:29 PM EST - John Bedell III, in his 30’s, was an anti-government person. Bedell ranted and raved against the US government, claiming that the United States government was responsible for the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, on September 11, 2001. John Bedell chose the internet as his source of communication about his US conspiracy theories.

John Bedell’s parents had reported their son missing back in the month of January, and his parents were concerned about Bedell’s mental state. However, once John Bedell returned home, law enforcement dropped the search for Bedell and turned the investigation of the acts of Bedell over to the FBI. However, the FBI shows no file that John Bedell was ever under investigation...

Another FBI Informant Endangered By The Bureau

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

Adding to the Judiciary Report's ongoing serious of stories on widespread FBI criminal negligence, another person has come forward with a very telling story, regarding the Federal Bureau of Investigation leaving her for dead, after they got what they wanted.

A woman named "Andrea" who worked as an informant for the FBI against the Mexican mafia, stated she received a call shortly after from the Bureau, asking her to take part in a Discovery channel documentary, "Inside the FBI" which was meant to showcase the agency's alleged skills.

They promised her anonymity in the documentary and she received anything but. Her home, neighborhood and two cars were shown on the program, without her consent, alerting the Mexican mafia to the fact she had become a cooperating witness for the FBI, divulging all the criminal organization's secrets.

She was even arrested during the course of her work for the FBI and they left her to rot in jail, as they did to Craig Monteilh.

When she complained to the FBI regarding her arrest by local police and her identity being exposed on television, requesting protection, as she has two children, they let her know it was her problem and left her for dead. How vile!

"Andrea"

She went public with her story and was featured on the news, as a means of seeking help, protection and visibility, in a bid to discourage an retaliatory attacks, as everyone would assume the Mexican mafia did it.

The FBI's conduct is disgusting and appalling. Just this week, a retired FBI agent, Craig Dotlo, slammed the U.S. Congress stating, "The members of Congress, on both sides of the aisle, like to pretend they do everything right and they’re trying to protect the American people from these bumbling idiots (who work for the Bureau)."

But that's just it, the FBI under its current leadership is "bumbling." Look what they did to that woman. She helped them and this is how they repay her, clumsily exposing her identity to the Mexican mafia on international television.

I know the head of the FBI has a hatred for minorities such as blacks and Hispanics, but his conduct is unsound, very bad business sense and poor government policy.

Making promises to victims of crime and informants that the Bureau consistently fails to keep, in stories that have now gone public, is not only dishonorable and arrogant, it is self-defeating for the FBI.

Mueller's madness in repeatedly leaving victims of crime and informants for dead, after the agency obtains information, is going to make it that much harder for the FBI to get people to talk and cooperate in the future.

It is also going to damage the credibility of U.S. intelligence worldwide, such as the FBI's more potent and effective sister agency, the ruthless CIA, who has to operate in the international community among scores of minorities in the Middle East (300,000,000 people), South America (300,000,000), the Caribbean (20,000,000 people) and Britain (60,000,000).

What is a promise going to be worth from anyone in U.S. intelligence at this point, after the FBI's constant acts of treachery in deliberately breaking their pledges to victims of crime and informants.

FBI Informant Says Agency Put Her Life In Danger

UPDATED: 7:41 pm PST February 8, 2010 - SAN DIEGO -- An informant for the FBI told 10News the agency double-crossed her and put her life in danger after she helped them in a risky operation.

"Andrea" was a highly placed member of the notorious Mexican Mafia. She said she was responsible for one of the most successful operations against the highly organized gang. She said much of the operation was recorded on videotape.

In the Discovery Channel's documentary "Inside the FBI," the operation Andrea took part in was called "one of the largest Mexican Mafia takedowns in FBI history." The documentary focused on a raid carried out in San Diego last February that featured major law enforcement action. The producers of the documentary had unusual access to much of the operation known as

"Keys to the City."

The raid was considered a success, with 40 members of the Mexican Mafia arrested. Their bosses, who are in prison, were also named in federal indictments. For authorities, it was described as a major victory over a dangerous gang with a very long reach. Authorities said the Mexican Mafia controls many segments inside local jails, state and federal prisons and the Hispanic street gangs in San Diego.

At the press conference following the operation, FBI Special Agent in Charge Keith Slotter described the Mexican Mafia and said, "Many of the made members of the Mexican Mafia are behind bars. However, they do have the ability to run their operations from prisons and have been successful in doing that." ...

In the Discovery Channel's documentary, Andrea's handlers were full of praise, but she said some serious mistakes were made when the documentary aired.

While she would eventually have to testify in open court against the mafia members, Andrea said the FBI and documentary producers endangered her life by revealing too much. Andrea claimed the documentary repeatedly showed her two cars and her home.

After the documentary aired, she e-mailed 10News about what she described as "problems with the FBI and their broken promises."

"I knew if I wasn't really dead, I was dead now," said Andrea...

FBI Statement

On occasion the FBI will enlist the help of cooperating witnesses to assist in terrorism and criminal investigations. A cooperating witness is someone who has agreed to testify in court proceedings as a result of their voluntary participation in an investigation. In an effort to protect the identity of these individuals, the FBI does not disclose their identity absent a court order or exigent circumstances. Individuals who cooperate with the FBI are expected to abide by the law during and after their cooperation with the FBI. Those who violate the law are subject to criminal prosecution like any other citizen.
