U.S. Government Should Desist Issuing World Reports

It's Not Helping International Relations

U.S. President Obama

The United States government should desist issuing yearly world reports condemning, chastising and criticizing other nations, for perceived faults, when there is trouble at home (i.e. U.S. State Department Human Rights report).

Thus far, France, China, Haiti and Jamaica, to name a few, have taken exception to U.S. Senate and C.I.A. world reports, issued and published about many nations of the world, as the assessments have been blatantly offensive, one-sided and in some cases, degrading.

At a time when the world blames the U.S. government for the global financial crisis that began on Wall Street and for the wars in the Middle East, namely the Iraqi conflict, it is not helpful or conducive to goodwill that Washington continues to issue these scathing reports on every nation in the world.

Each nation is responsible for itself, within its own sovereignty and does not like formally being painted in a very unflattering light by another nation. No nation is perfect, as each one has problems. No nation should issue such yearly reports, as it does not help global harmony. It is also endangering innocent Americans when they travel abroad.

If the U.S. Government wishes to continue compiling said reports, it should remain in-house for personal government use, not public consumption, as it is causing worldwide offense.

For example, last week China took offense at the U.S. government's report publicly criticizing and condemning human rights violations in their country and labeled Washington hypocritical, as human rights abuses exist in America as well.

This week, the President of Haiti, Rene Preval, was clearly disappointed and stunned by the U.S. State Department's Human Rights report, which stated, "Corruption is widespread in all … levels of government in Haiti." Preval labeled the report "arrogant" and "arbitrary" stating it, "Threatened to sour Haiti's ties with its main relief partner as the Caribbean state's government and foreign donors drafted a plan for the country's recovery and long-term reconstruction."

Considering Haiti was just devastated by an earthquake, the scathing U.S. State Department report was released at a very tough time for them and was taken to heart. They really did not need it right now.

Regarding Jamaica, Obama and his Department of Justice, headed his appointed Attorney General, Eric Holder, slammed the Prime Minister of Jamaica, Bruce Golding, regarding the extradition request of an alleged Jamaican drug dealer, Christopher Michael Coke.

The extradition request has been pending for a few months and Obama's Administration slammed the Jamaican government in a well publicized world report, using its news agency, the Associated Press, flat out stating Coke has ties to the Jamaican Prime Minister, who comes from his constituency and that's why the extradition was not processed immediately.

The incumbent administration in Jamaica stated, they have processed many U.S. extradition requests, but the U.S. government violated Jamaican wiretap laws in obtaining evidence they submitted with the extradition demand. In short, the U.S. Department of Justice, who has no legal mandate to be acting in any capacity as law enforcement in Jamaica, bypassed the Jamaican government and wiretapped a citizen located in Jamaica, in violation of domestic laws.

Technically, in the average foreign court of law, in many nations of the world, if you did not go through the proper local legal channels of government, in the country the subject you wish to be extradited is located, via obtaining a proper request/warrant in that nation to engage wiretaps against one of their citizens, said wiretap evidence is not admissible in the foreign court of law that you are asking to extradite the person, as it would be deemed, one violated the laws of the local country to obtain it.

But back to the report regarding the Jamaican Prime Minister. What if a foreign government compiled and published a formal report, stating President Obama has ties to criminals in his former constituency of Chicago, Illinois, with one of them that is now incarcerated on unrelated felony charges, having previously helped Obama to purchase a mansion in a rich district, via a real estate deal many have labeled mortgage fraud (this has been written about in the U.S. press and blogosphere). Obama would hit the roof if someone put that in a formal international report.

What if a foreign government authored a formal world report stating President Obama's birth certificate lacks the official seal for the American state it is said to be issued from, thus he is in violation of the Constitution and has not met the eligibility requirements to be President of the United States. Once again, Obama would hit the roof.

Back to my point, publicizing these annual world reports are not doing anything to promote world peace. It is making foreign heads of state and their corresponding governments angry, offended and in some cases, uncooperative.

In closing, to be clear, the Judiciary Report is for law and order, justice within the scope of the law, legal penalties for criminals, human rights, civil liberties and world peace.

U.S. Poll: America's Image Has Declined In The World Since Obama

President Barack Obama

A poll conducted in America offered the opinion, the United States image and standing have declined in the world, since U.S. President Barack Obama has taken office. The poll squarely blamed Democrats for the decline.

Former Republican and U.S. President, George W. Bush did the most damage in this regard, with a war in Iraq that killed over a million civilians and thousands of soldiers from different nations.

However, President Obama is now following suit, via sending more troops to the Middle East, terrible political policies in the area of finance, wild spending initiatives and issuing international snubs of world leaders and monarchs, in incidents that have been widely reported in the press.

The U.S. economy is also intertwined with that of several other nations and President Obama's recording spending is alarming many in international financial circles, as they have invested in America and vice versa. It seems as if every day the public wakes up to news of more spending and it is alarming. The money being thrown around consists of significant sums not easily recouped.

The Justice Department, F.B.I., C.I.A. and N.S.A. are illegally combing emails and wiretapping the phones of politicians and diplomats of foreign countries IN THEIR RESPECTIVE NATIONS, causing massive offense and damaging international relations, as it violates the law in other nations.

Domestic scandals that prominently feature members of the President's cabinet such as Rahm Emanuel, D.O.J. Attorney General, Eric Holder and F.B.I. Director, Robert S. Mueller, are doing Mr. Obama and his administration no favors domestically or internationally.

From a distance, it has the appearance of chaos and confusion, which does not instill confidence. In short, President Obama is getting some very bad advice. Mr. Obama is an intelligent, educated, articulate man. Why he has chosen this path and is listening to certain people, is stupefying.

Carville poll: Majority now say U.S. is less respected than it was two years ago

posted at 8:30 pm on March 8, 2010 by - It's a poll of Americans, not foreigners, so it's not so much evidence that we are less respected than that we perceive ourselves to be. I hope The One finds comfort in that fact when these numbers start to shake out in November.

Devastating.

The Democracy Corps-Third Way survey released Monday finds that by a 10-point margin - 51 percent to 41 percent - Americans think the standing of the U.S. dropped during the first 13 months of Mr. Obama's presidency.

"This is surprising, given the global acclaim and Nobel peace prize that flowed to the new president after he took office," said pollsters for the liberal-leaning organizations.

On the national security front, a massive gap has emerged, with 50 percent of likely voters saying Republicans would likely do a better job than Democrats, a 14-point swing since May. Thirty-three percent favored Democrats…

A May 2009 survey by the pollsters found the public saw the Democratic and Republican parties as equally able to handle national security (41 percent trusted Democrats more, and 43 percent trusted Republicans more.) On conducting the war on terrorism, the two parties were tied at 41 percent...

Nancy Pelosi Outed On Lying About C.I.A.

Nancy Pelosi

According to documents released under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, Congressional House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, has been caught in a lie, as she previously stated she did not know about former President George W. Bush's torture program.

According to the Freedom of Information Act documents obtained by the Judicial Watch, via a lawsuit, "House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who previously denied she was briefed by the CIA on the use of these techniques, is specifically referenced in a briefing that took place on April 24, 2002, regarding the 'ongoing interrogations of Abu Zubaydah.' Zubaydah had been subjected to the enhanced interrogation techniques." In other words, she lied and knew about it the whole time.

U.S. President Barack Obama

President Obama is also being slammed for hiding the incriminating F.O.I.A. documents, as Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton stated, "It is unfortunate that it took a federal court order to force the Obama administration to release these documents"

There's that lack of transparency again. I'm very disappointed in you, Mr. Obama. One expects such conduct from Bush, as it's right up his alley. However, it's very disheartening seeing it come from you.

Judicial Watch Obtains Documents Regarding Congressional CIA "Torture Briefings"

CIA Briefed At least 68 Members of Congress on "Enhanced Interrogation Techniques" Between 2001 and 2007
Contact Information: Press Office 202-646-5172, ext 305

Washington, DC -- February 23, 2010

Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has received the first batch of documents from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) regarding congressional "Torture Briefings." The CIA produced the documents pursuant to a previous court order in Judicial Watch's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the CIA (Judicial Watch v. Central Intelligence Agency, Case: 1:09-cv-01352). The court order stipulates that documents pertaining to congressional briefings on "enhanced interrogation techniques" must be provided to Judicial Watch by April 15. Additional documents are forthcoming.

According to the documents, previously marked "Top Secret," between 2001 and 2007, the CIA briefed at least 68 members of Congress on the CIA interrogation program, including so-called "enhanced interrogation techniques." The documents include the dates of all congressional briefings and, in some cases, the members of Congress in attendance and the specific subjects discussed. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who previously denied she was briefed by the CIA on the use of these techniques, is specifically referenced in a briefing that took place on April 24, 2002, regarding the "ongoing interrogations of Abu Zubaydah." Zubaydah had been subjected to the enhanced interrogation techniques.

Judicial Watch previously obtained documents from former Vice President Cheney's office in a separate lawsuit that detail the effectiveness of "enhanced interrogation techniques." According to a June 1, 2005, CIA report entitled, Detainee Reporting Pivotal for the War Against Al-Qa'ida, "Detainee reporting accounts for more than half of all HUMINT reporting on al-Qa'ida since the program began..." Interestingly, this fact was omitted in later versions of the report obtained by Judicial Watch. All versions, however, conclude: "One of the gains to detaining the additional terrorists has been the thwarting of a number of al-Qa'ida operations in the United States and overseas."

Despite the apparent effectiveness of "enhanced interrogation techniques," the federal government suspended their use in 2005 by passing the Detainee Treatment Act. President Obama officially banned the use of "enhanced interrogation techniques" during his first week in office in January 2009. Two months later, in March 2009, President Obama overruled objections from national security officials and released documents detailing the government's enhanced interrogation program (the so-called "torture" memos). However, President Obama initially withheld information detailing the results of this program, including alleged terrorist plots that the program prevented.

Moreover, according to an April 2009 CNN report, President Obama's Intelligence Director, retired Admiral Dennis Blair, told colleagues in an April 16 memo on the subject of "enhanced interrogation techniques," that "High value information came from interrogations in which those methods were used and provided a deeper understanding of the al Qa'ida organization that was attacking this country." This sentence was omitted from a version of the memo released by Blair's office to the press.

"It is unfortunate that it took a federal court order to force the Obama administration to release these documents," said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. "These documents indicate that members of Congress approved of and were well aware of the use of these enhanced interrogation techniques and their lifesaving value. It is disturbing that we no longer use interrogation techniques that have demonstrably stopped terrorist attacks and saved American lives. The Obama administration has made this country less safe by its mishandling of the enhanced interrogation program."

Monster Mosque Planned For Lot Adjoining British Military Facility Sandhurst

Sandhurst

The British government has its hands full today, as it was announced there are plans for a massive mosque on a lot adjoining the famed Sandhurt military academy in England. They've been granted planning permission by the local building council. This is like an insane game of chess.

Tens of thousands of British soldiers have been trained at Sandhurst over the years, which was opened in the early 1800's and installed at its current location in 1947. I’d hate to see it get blown to smithereens, due to Jihadists.

Sandhurst

While, this article is not against Muslims who are non-violent, it is undeniable, based on fact, via many cases around the world, there are numerous strains of the religion that believe in Jihad as a way of life and spend every day plotting ways to kill scores of innocent people, in the name of Islam, believing it to be martyrdom, when it is suicide and murder.

Nidal Malik Hasan

Specifically, there are also army cases pointing to the dangers of Islamic radicalization at or near military installations. In 2009, U.S. major, Nidal Malik Hasan killed 13 at U.S. base, Fort Hood, in an act of terrorism. In 2009, there was a suicide bombing against the CIA on a U.S. military base in Afghanistan, which left 8 dead. In 2003, U.S. Muslim soldier, Hasan Karim Akbar, opened fire on fellow soldiers in Iraq, resulting in fatalities and injuries. In 2009, an American born Muslim convert, Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad, murdered five fellow soldiers on a U.S. base. Recently, there was a reported attempt by U.S. Muslim soldiers at water poisoning in a U.S. base.

In 2003, Hasan Karim Akbar, an America born, Muslim convert in the U.S. military, attacked his own squad in Iraq, resulting in fatalities

One must not be naïve about the precedents that have been set. Therefore, it is not a good idea that a mosque, especially one of that size, be built so close to Sandhurst in Britain.

In 2009, Abdulhakim Mujahid Muhammad A/K/A Carlos Bledsoe, who is an American born soldier, opened fire on his U.S. military squad, killing five people

It would call for expensive additional staff and equipment, to surveil the mosque 24/7, to ensure no radicalization takes place, posing a Jihadi threat to the academy. British taxpayers cannot afford the extra costs, which would total millions of pounds per year, especially during the current economic climate.

The West is caught between a rock and a hard place, as the phrase goes, regarding Muslim soldiers, some of whom have divided loyalties.

C.I.A.'s Psychological Mind Control

CIA Mind Control

The acclaimed National Geographic channel did a special on the C.I.A. and the various methods of mind control the agencies uses on members of the public.

The contents of the special are pretty disturbing and makes one wonder, why society, under the guise of government, would need such inhumanity and mental cruelty. The constant, invasive spying the government engages in is bad enough, but this takes the cake.

Obama Admin Renews Ties With Britain

U.S. President Barack Obama

In the February 10, 2010 article British Government To Release CIA FOIA Documents the Judiciary Report pointed out how unwise it would be for America to severe ties with Britain, as former President George W. threatened, if Freedom of information Act documents in London, England about his CIA rendition and torture program, were made public. The article pointed out the usefulness of MI5 and MI6 to America, in the area of intelligence sharing.

The next day, on February 11, 2010, the C.I.A. released a statement, wisely renewing ties with America's top ally, Britain, mentioning their desire to continue working with MI5 and MI6.

"Gary Berntsen, a former CIA officer who served in the Middle East, said: "The relationship between us and the British is probably the strongest relationship in the world. Neither intelligence service would like the judicial system interfering. The people of the US and especially the officers in the agency are grateful for the UK, grateful for our colleagues in MI5 and MI6. These relationships, they have saved Americans on many, many occasions."

It's about time someone woke up and smelled the Semtex, as Bush's threats were insane and not in America's best interest. Why alienate allies.

When one thinks of how former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, essentially wrecked his political career to side with Bush during the Iraq war, whose conduct as President amounted to nothing but treason, tyranny, lies and villainy against the U.S. Constitution and democracy on the whole, his threats against Britain were particularly abusive and ungrateful.

MI5 chief denies cover-up claims over detainees

Friday 12 February 2010 08.22 GMT - The head of MI5 last night issued a strong defence of the Security Service, denying that his staff had withheld documents relating to Binyam Mohamed from the parliamentary intelligence and security committee (ISC) or had sought to cover up its involvement in the torture of detainees.

The director general, Jonathan Evans, said that claims by the Master of the Rolls, Lord Neuberger, that there was a "culture of suppression" within the service were "the precise opposite of the truth"...

His defence came as US officials last night played down claims that the appeal court's disclosure of CIA information passed to MI5 will damage intelligence-sharing with Britain, as fresh doubts emerged about the accuracy of information given to MPs.

A White House official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the court decision would not provoke a broad review of intelligence liaison between Britain and the US, because the need for close co-operation was greater now than ever.

Gary Berntsen, a former CIA officer who served in the Middle East, said: "The relationship between us and the British is probably the strongest relationship in the world. Neither intelligence service would like the judicial system interfering. The people of the US and especially the officers in the agency are grateful for the UK, grateful for our colleagues in MI5 and MI6. These relationships, they have saved Americans on many, many occasions."

White House spokesman Ben LaBolt said the US was "deeply disappointed" in the court judgment. "We shared this information in confidence and with certain expectations," he said...

British Government To Release CIA FOIA Documents

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown

An astute British judge has ordered the release of U.K. Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) documents the Labour Party sought to hide to protect the C.I.A., who broke international law. It is in relation to requests for government documents on the rendition and torture of a Muslim Ethiopian, who resides in Britain.

The Bush administration had threaten to sever all intelligence ties with Britain, its top ally, if the documents were disclosed. It's this type of small minded, with emphasis on small minded, thinking that got the Bush administration into so much trouble around the world. Threatening and bullying people into submitting to Bush's will in blatant wrongdoing was ungodly and evil.

The world already knows Bush renditioned people and had them severely tortured in his madness that violated the Geneva Conventions. The Labour Party should not have gone along with it. Ditto for the other world governments that facilitated it in their nations.

Mr. Bush and all involved should hope one day someone doesn't do the same to their adult children, as they did to other people's grown children, who were not even terrorists. People were snatched off the streets of the world, smuggled from the nations they live in and tortured for information they did not have, only to be released later scarred and emotionally destroyed. That's just as bad as terrorism.

Side Bar: Severing ties with Britain would only serve to hurt America. While the C.I.A. is competent, albeit inhumane, America's first line of defense against terrorism is the F.B.I. and while there are intelligent agents in the organization, the Bureau's director is as dumb as rocks and sorely lacking common sense. MI5 and MI6 has pertinent information on Londonistan and their operatives in the Middle East, who seek to harm Britain and America.

Government forced to publish U.S. torture allegations

The government lost a legal battle on Wednesday to prevent the disclosure of secret U.S. intelligence material relating to allegations of "cruel and inhuman" treatment involving the CIA.

London's Court of Appeal rejected a request by British Foreign Secretary David Miliband to prevent senior judges from disclosing claims that former Guantanamo Bay detainee Binyam Mohamed had been shackled and subjected to sleep deprivation and threats while in U.S. custody.

The office of Dennis Blair, U.S. director of national intelligence, issued a statement saying the British court's decision "to release classified information provided by the United States is not helpful, and we deeply regret it."

"The protection of confidential information is essential to strong, effective security and intelligence cooperation among allies," the statement said. It indicated the ruling would create "challenges" but the two countries would "remain united in our efforts to fight against violent extremist groups."

Miliband had argued that full disclosure of the redacted claims might make the United States less willing to share intelligence and thus prejudice Britain's national security.

Recent events showed the importance of sharing intelligence, and the U.S. authorities were concerned about the release of such material, he told parliament, adding that he was working with U.S. officials to ensure bilateral ties were not damaged.

Mohamed, an Ethiopian national and British resident, was arrested in Pakistan in April 2002. He says he was flown to Morocco on a CIA plane and held for 18 months, during which he says he was repeatedly tortured, including having his penis cut with a knife. Morocco has denied holding him.

He was transferred to Afghanistan in 2004 and later moved to Guantanamo Bay, U.S. authorities have said. He was never charged and returned to Britain in February 2009...

But last October, two High Court judges ruled there was "an overwhelming public interest" in releasing the details, a decision the Appeal Court upheld Wednesday...

Another FBI Informant Endangered By The Bureau

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

Adding to the Judiciary Report's ongoing serious of stories on widespread FBI criminal negligence, another person has come forward with a very telling story, regarding the Federal Bureau of Investigation leaving her for dead, after they got what they wanted.

A woman named "Andrea" who worked as an informant for the FBI against the Mexican mafia, stated she received a call shortly after from the Bureau, asking her to take part in a Discovery channel documentary, "Inside the FBI" which was meant to showcase the agency's alleged skills.

They promised her anonymity in the documentary and she received anything but. Her home, neighborhood and two cars were shown on the program, without her consent, alerting the Mexican mafia to the fact she had become a cooperating witness for the FBI, divulging all the criminal organization's secrets.

She was even arrested during the course of her work for the FBI and they left her to rot in jail, as they did to Craig Monteilh.

When she complained to the FBI regarding her arrest by local police and her identity being exposed on television, requesting protection, as she has two children, they let her know it was her problem and left her for dead. How vile!

"Andrea"

She went public with her story and was featured on the news, as a means of seeking help, protection and visibility, in a bid to discourage an retaliatory attacks, as everyone would assume the Mexican mafia did it.

The FBI's conduct is disgusting and appalling. Just this week, a retired FBI agent, Craig Dotlo, slammed the U.S. Congress stating, "The members of Congress, on both sides of the aisle, like to pretend they do everything right and they’re trying to protect the American people from these bumbling idiots (who work for the Bureau)."

But that's just it, the FBI under its current leadership is "bumbling." Look what they did to that woman. She helped them and this is how they repay her, clumsily exposing her identity to the Mexican mafia on international television.

I know the head of the FBI has a hatred for minorities such as blacks and Hispanics, but his conduct is unsound, very bad business sense and poor government policy.

Making promises to victims of crime and informants that the Bureau consistently fails to keep, in stories that have now gone public, is not only dishonorable and arrogant, it is self-defeating for the FBI.

Mueller's madness in repeatedly leaving victims of crime and informants for dead, after the agency obtains information, is going to make it that much harder for the FBI to get people to talk and cooperate in the future.

It is also going to damage the credibility of U.S. intelligence worldwide, such as the FBI's more potent and effective sister agency, the ruthless CIA, who has to operate in the international community among scores of minorities in the Middle East (300,000,000 people), South America (300,000,000), the Caribbean (20,000,000 people) and Britain (60,000,000).

What is a promise going to be worth from anyone in U.S. intelligence at this point, after the FBI's constant acts of treachery in deliberately breaking their pledges to victims of crime and informants.

FBI Left Muslim Informant For Dead

FBI Informant Says Agency Put Her Life In Danger

UPDATED: 7:41 pm PST February 8, 2010 - SAN DIEGO -- An informant for the FBI told 10News the agency double-crossed her and put her life in danger after she helped them in a risky operation.

"Andrea" was a highly placed member of the notorious Mexican Mafia. She said she was responsible for one of the most successful operations against the highly organized gang. She said much of the operation was recorded on videotape.

In the Discovery Channel's documentary "Inside the FBI," the operation Andrea took part in was called "one of the largest Mexican Mafia takedowns in FBI history." The documentary focused on a raid carried out in San Diego last February that featured major law enforcement action. The producers of the documentary had unusual access to much of the operation known as

"Keys to the City."

The raid was considered a success, with 40 members of the Mexican Mafia arrested. Their bosses, who are in prison, were also named in federal indictments. For authorities, it was described as a major victory over a dangerous gang with a very long reach. Authorities said the Mexican Mafia controls many segments inside local jails, state and federal prisons and the Hispanic street gangs in San Diego.

At the press conference following the operation, FBI Special Agent in Charge Keith Slotter described the Mexican Mafia and said, "Many of the made members of the Mexican Mafia are behind bars. However, they do have the ability to run their operations from prisons and have been successful in doing that." ...

In the Discovery Channel's documentary, Andrea's handlers were full of praise, but she said some serious mistakes were made when the documentary aired.

While she would eventually have to testify in open court against the mafia members, Andrea said the FBI and documentary producers endangered her life by revealing too much. Andrea claimed the documentary repeatedly showed her two cars and her home.

After the documentary aired, she e-mailed 10News about what she described as "problems with the FBI and their broken promises."

"I knew if I wasn't really dead, I was dead now," said Andrea...

FBI Statement

On occasion the FBI will enlist the help of cooperating witnesses to assist in terrorism and criminal investigations. A cooperating witness is someone who has agreed to testify in court proceedings as a result of their voluntary participation in an investigation. In an effort to protect the identity of these individuals, the FBI does not disclose their identity absent a court order or exigent circumstances. Individuals who cooperate with the FBI are expected to abide by the law during and after their cooperation with the FBI. Those who violate the law are subject to criminal prosecution like any other citizen.
