FBI Reproved For Spying On Journalists

FBI Perv Robert S. Mueller

According to DOJ Inspector General, Glenn A. Fine's testimony in Congress this week, the FBI, headed by psycho, Robert S. Mueller, has been spying on journalists and bloggers in America, in violation of the U.S. Constitution, as the Judiciary Report and its sister site, The Sound Off Column, have stated for years.

Fine's report stated FBI agents, under instructions from headquarters, routinely lied to telephone companies to spy on journalists and bloggers, clearly with no probable cause.

However, the issue of the FBI spying on innocent people in their homes visually (hidden cameras, spyware surreptitiously installed on computers to access webcams, as in the Blake Robbins case that has now been proven true) and audibly (roving mobile phone bugs) needs to be addressed.

These thoroughly perverse forms of spying have been utilized by the FBI against innocent Americans, such as scientists, doctors and professors (who do groundbreaking research and patents) and journalists and bloggers (who write exposes or unflattering articles about the Bureau or their affiliates).

FBI caught lying to spy on reporters, citizens without court order

4/20/2010 1:05 - (Washington) -- Federal agents have been lying to get access to phone records that should require a court order, allowing them to sift through private phone calls of news reporters and other citizens, according to the Justice Department's Inspector General.

Testifying this week before the House Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, Inspector General Glenn Fine urged Congress to increase its oversight on FBI agents' abuses of a process that allows them to get phone records without a court order...

FBI NY Chief In Affair Scandal

Joseph M. Demarest Jr.

The head of the New York FBI, Joseph M. Demarest Jr., is under investigation, due to a relationship he had with a co-worker, who is a subordinate. It is being reported, both he and the woman (at least I think it's a woman) gave conflicting stories to FBI management regarding their relationship.

Once again, why is it any of the FBI's business who is dating who within the agency. I thought the FBI was supposed to be a team. It's not like dating and or marrying a foreign spy. The agency is being ridiculous and invasive.

Bill Gates married a co-worker at Microsoft and they've been together for years. You guys should be out catching criminals, not snooping in each other's personal lives.

Side Bar: why is Demarest getting in trouble for an alleged affair when racist, constitution violating FBI Director Mueller cheated on his wife. There are at least two women I was told of. Would Mr. Mueller care to elaborate on that or shall I...

Side Bar #2: And if you contact Google whining about my blog like a girl, I will elaborate on Side Bar #1. What? you can violate my privacy and endanger me, but I can't write what I was told about you. And my exclusives are very credible.

Side Bar #3: Yea, maybe I need to take a Midol.

New York FBI Chief Under Investigation For Statements About Alleged Affair

The head of the FBI’s largest office is under internal investigation in connection with an alleged affair he had with a coworker.

The story was first reported by the Web site Tickle the Wire, which covers news on federal law enforcement.

Joseph M. Demarest Jr., assistant director in charge of the FBI’s New York Division, has been temporarily re-assigned to headquarters in Washington while the Bureau’s Office of Professional Responsibility investigates the matter, according to Tickle the Wire.

A person familiar with the investigation told Main Justice that Demarest’s account of the relationship differed from one given by his subordinate, who is involved in intelligence. The investigation has been underway since at least January, the person said...

Another FBI Informant Endangered By The Bureau

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

Adding to the Judiciary Report's ongoing serious of stories on widespread FBI criminal negligence, another person has come forward with a very telling story, regarding the Federal Bureau of Investigation leaving her for dead, after they got what they wanted.

A woman named "Andrea" who worked as an informant for the FBI against the Mexican mafia, stated she received a call shortly after from the Bureau, asking her to take part in a Discovery channel documentary, "Inside the FBI" which was meant to showcase the agency's alleged skills.

They promised her anonymity in the documentary and she received anything but. Her home, neighborhood and two cars were shown on the program, without her consent, alerting the Mexican mafia to the fact she had become a cooperating witness for the FBI, divulging all the criminal organization's secrets.

She was even arrested during the course of her work for the FBI and they left her to rot in jail, as they did to Craig Monteilh.

When she complained to the FBI regarding her arrest by local police and her identity being exposed on television, requesting protection, as she has two children, they let her know it was her problem and left her for dead. How vile!

"Andrea"

She went public with her story and was featured on the news, as a means of seeking help, protection and visibility, in a bid to discourage an retaliatory attacks, as everyone would assume the Mexican mafia did it.

The FBI's conduct is disgusting and appalling. Just this week, a retired FBI agent, Craig Dotlo, slammed the U.S. Congress stating, "The members of Congress, on both sides of the aisle, like to pretend they do everything right and they’re trying to protect the American people from these bumbling idiots (who work for the Bureau)."

But that's just it, the FBI under its current leadership is "bumbling." Look what they did to that woman. She helped them and this is how they repay her, clumsily exposing her identity to the Mexican mafia on international television.

I know the head of the FBI has a hatred for minorities such as blacks and Hispanics, but his conduct is unsound, very bad business sense and poor government policy.

Making promises to victims of crime and informants that the Bureau consistently fails to keep, in stories that have now gone public, is not only dishonorable and arrogant, it is self-defeating for the FBI.

Mueller's madness in repeatedly leaving victims of crime and informants for dead, after the agency obtains information, is going to make it that much harder for the FBI to get people to talk and cooperate in the future.

It is also going to damage the credibility of U.S. intelligence worldwide, such as the FBI's more potent and effective sister agency, the ruthless CIA, who has to operate in the international community among scores of minorities in the Middle East (300,000,000 people), South America (300,000,000), the Caribbean (20,000,000 people) and Britain (60,000,000).

What is a promise going to be worth from anyone in U.S. intelligence at this point, after the FBI's constant acts of treachery in deliberately breaking their pledges to victims of crime and informants.

FBI Informant Says Agency Put Her Life In Danger

UPDATED: 7:41 pm PST February 8, 2010 - SAN DIEGO -- An informant for the FBI told 10News the agency double-crossed her and put her life in danger after she helped them in a risky operation.

"Andrea" was a highly placed member of the notorious Mexican Mafia. She said she was responsible for one of the most successful operations against the highly organized gang. She said much of the operation was recorded on videotape.

In the Discovery Channel's documentary "Inside the FBI," the operation Andrea took part in was called "one of the largest Mexican Mafia takedowns in FBI history." The documentary focused on a raid carried out in San Diego last February that featured major law enforcement action. The producers of the documentary had unusual access to much of the operation known as

"Keys to the City."

The raid was considered a success, with 40 members of the Mexican Mafia arrested. Their bosses, who are in prison, were also named in federal indictments. For authorities, it was described as a major victory over a dangerous gang with a very long reach. Authorities said the Mexican Mafia controls many segments inside local jails, state and federal prisons and the Hispanic street gangs in San Diego.

At the press conference following the operation, FBI Special Agent in Charge Keith Slotter described the Mexican Mafia and said, "Many of the made members of the Mexican Mafia are behind bars. However, they do have the ability to run their operations from prisons and have been successful in doing that." ...

In the Discovery Channel's documentary, Andrea's handlers were full of praise, but she said some serious mistakes were made when the documentary aired.

While she would eventually have to testify in open court against the mafia members, Andrea said the FBI and documentary producers endangered her life by revealing too much. Andrea claimed the documentary repeatedly showed her two cars and her home.

After the documentary aired, she e-mailed 10News about what she described as "problems with the FBI and their broken promises."

"I knew if I wasn't really dead, I was dead now," said Andrea...

FBI Statement

On occasion the FBI will enlist the help of cooperating witnesses to assist in terrorism and criminal investigations. A cooperating witness is someone who has agreed to testify in court proceedings as a result of their voluntary participation in an investigation. In an effort to protect the identity of these individuals, the FBI does not disclose their identity absent a court order or exigent circumstances. Individuals who cooperate with the FBI are expected to abide by the law during and after their cooperation with the FBI. Those who violate the law are subject to criminal prosecution like any other citizen.

Radiation Concerns Regarding Airport Scanning

As mentioned on the website on February 2. 2010 in the article, The FBI Continues To Break The Law, travelers who fly frequently and are exposed to additional radiation, are at higher risk of developing cancer ("There is a very dangerous problem that could erupt if they use the industrial version of the Mind Reading Software, which includes a scanner that acts as a MRI scan of the brain - cancer rates will go up among people who travel often").

On February 5. 2010 the Inter-Agency Committee on Radiation Safety confirmed the Judiciary Report's claims via their report, in concluding, "Body scanning raises raises radiation exposure" and that "Air passengers should be made aware of the health risks of airport body screenings and governments must explain any decision to expose the public to higher levels of cancer-causing radiation."

Airport Body Scanning Raises Radiation Exposure, Committee Says

Feb. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Air passengers should be made aware of the health risks of airport body screenings and governments must explain any decision to expose the public to higher levels of cancer-causing radiation, an inter-agency report said.

Pregnant women and children should not be subject to scanning, even though the radiation dose from body scanners is "extremely small," said the Inter-Agency Committee on Radiation Safety report, which is restricted to the agencies concerned and not meant for public circulation. The group includes the European Commission, International Atomic Energy Agency, Nuclear Energy Agency and the World Health Organization.

A more accurate assessment about the health risks of the screening won't be possible until governments decide whether all passengers will be systematically scanned or randomly selected, the report said. Governments must justify the additional risk posed to passengers, and should consider "other techniques to achieve the same end without the use of ionizing radiation."

President Barack Obama has pledged $734 million to deploy airport scanners that use x-rays and other technology to detect explosives, guns and other contraband. The U.S. and European countries including the U.K. have been deploying more scanners at airports after the attempted bombing on Christmas Day of a Detroit-bound Northwest airline flight...
