Sorry there were no posts on Friday (4-16-10). While I was in the process of trying to update the sites, Madonna's hackers, who work for the Madonna.com and Kabbalah, hacked into my computers again and maliciously damaged and deleted key Windows operating system files on my PC. Microsoft could not fix all the damage after a system Recovery and Repair, forcing me to do a reinstall of the operating system, which took time. I had the websites and data backed up elsewhere.

It's amazing that one year ago, President Obama proclaimed he would improve computer security in America, via protecting the infrastructure relating to said technology, to prevent hacking, yet 12 months on it is still happening.

In light of the repeated criminal misconduct madwoman Madonna and her sick Kabbalah cult refuse to desist in, a lawsuit will be filed very shortly against Madonna, Kabbalah and others connected to the misconduct, in an effort to restrain the crimes being committed against me (since the FBI has failed thus far).

All the data files tracing the malicious hacks back to the people that run Madonna's official website, will be presented as evidence, among other things. I will also sue regarding the persistent Kabbalah harassment, threats and attempted sexual assault incident, from members of her Miami Kabbalah Center she keeps sending to stalk, confront, harass and threaten me in public. During some of the incidents, there were witnesses present, whose testimonies will be entered into court evidence. Photos of the Kabbalah members Madonna keeps sending to stalk and confront me in public, will be entered into evidence as well.

This sick situation poses a great hazard to my health and safety. I had a stress induced aneurysm and I am supposed to avoid stress, so as not to sustain a second aneurysm that has a high probability of fatality, yet I am being confronted and terrorized by Madonna and co's psychotic, time consuming and stressful conduct on a regular basis, when I want nothing to do with them.

The FBI Harassed Innocent Scientist

Dr. Steven Hatfill, who was wrongfully accused by the U.S. FBI and DOJ, of waging acts of bioterrorism using anthrax that killed and injured innocent civilians, spoke about his terrible ordeal at the hands of the nation's primary law enforcement agency.

Hatfill stated the FBI stalked him, invaded his privacy and leaked defamatory information about him, which destroyed his life. They followed his vehicle everywhere, frequently ticketed him for invented traffic offenses and sat on either side of him at restaurants, constantly and menacingly making their presence known.

The FBI also audaciously threatened Dr. Hatfill's friends, telling them they were not to have any contact with him, in conduct that can only be described as un-American, hideous, disgraceful and ugly, in attempts at isolating him into insanity and a mental breakdown.

The FBI only switched gears half way through the Anthrax case and pointed the finger at another man, Dr. Bruce Ivins, who later killed himself, cracking after being abused, threatened, harassed and hounded, as Hatfill had been by the FBI and its parent agency, the DOJ.

In a futile attempt to justify their reckless, criminal conduct, the FBI arrogantly and insanely invented a form of science, rubbished and dismissed by REAL scientists all over the globe, as quackery and tom foolery, outside the realm of accepted scientific principles, precedents and protocols.

To this day, many scientists do not believe the FBI's case against Dr. Bruce Ivins or Dr. Hatfill, as there are so many holes in their legal theories, a completely implausible timeline and a discredited, unaccepted form of science packed with such bunk, poorly backing it, one realizes it was a desperate attempt to cover a law enforcement trial of terrible missteps and egregious errors, befitting dimwitted imbeciles.

One has to wonder about the mental stability of those in charge of a law enforcement agency, that specializes in criminology and very poorly might I add, deciding to invent an unproven, illogical, so-called form of science, just to close out a criminal case. Somebody at the FBI has been watching too much "CSI" and not taking their meds.

All it takes is one FBI or DOJ employee to get some crazy idea in their vacant head about someone and huge sums of taxpayer dollars will be wasted investigating, disrupting and destroying the life of an innocent person. The sad fact of the matter is the FBI and DOJ, do not do due diligence and have destroyed many innocent people in the process.

The FBI destroyed Richard Jewell's life by wrongfully accusing him of the Atlanta Olympic bombing, with the stress from it all deteriorating his health, sending him to an early grace. They also destroyed the lives of four innocent men they framed for murder that ended up spending 40 years in prison, but later sued and won.

They recently had to make a $250,000 settlement using taxpayer money, for threatening, harassing and bullying, Abdallah Higazy, in an attempt at forcing a phony confession out of him. The FBI agent assaulted Higazy, threw him against a wall, placed his hand around his throat in a forceful manner and threatened to "make his family disappear" (kidnapped and killed) if he didn't confess to a crime he did not commit.

Then, when the FBI and DOJ's folly becomes so painfully evident to anyone with common sense, they are sued for destroying the lives of innocent people and have to make settlements or pay court judgments, once again, out of taxpayer money.

Invariably, this chronic, reckless, damaging criminal misconduct against the public, constituting police brutality, ends up in court, as people's rights are violated. Taxpayer money is then spent to defend criminal conduct by the FBI.

However, the FBI sees taxpayer funds as money to burn and spend like drunkards, with too much cash on their hands, therefore they do not care if they are hit with lawsuits for egregious misconduct against the public.

Their expense accounts are padded, luxuries are consumed, overtime is abused and discretionary funds wasted, all underwritten by the American taxpayer - so to them it's just another dollar.

They engage in deeds so ugly and un-American against the nation's citizens and residents, they have to engage in massive cover-ups to hide the truth from the public.

It's a terrible way to run a law enforcement agency and it has needlessly made them many enemies in the nation and the world. The collateral and financial damage the FBI arrogantly racks up is enormous.

Federal employees needs to be held personally liable when they make wantonly bad, terrible judgment calls that damage the lives of innocent people.

If more federal employees were made to realize and adhere to the principle that taxpayer money will not bail you out when you become power mad and maliciously, in investigating and harassing others, they would watch their corrupt backsides before they ventured into illegal, abusive territory against innocent citizens, some of whom have died terrible deaths at the FBI's hands.

In closing, I ask you, the readers of this website, how would you feel if the FBI targeted, threatened, spied on and harassed you and your family and friends, publicly defaming you, costing you your job and good name, destroying your life, over a crime you did not commit that they did not properly investigate, only seeking to find someone to pin it on to meet an arrest quota, to keep the taxpayer cash flowing in from Congress. Think about that and remember this, they have done it to many people and continue to do so and you could be next.

Hollywood actor/action star, Steven Seagal, has gotten himself into more trouble, regarding sexually assaulting women. Kayden Nguyen, 23, applied for a post as his executive assistant, only to find out dude was looking for a sex slave.

Nguyen stated, the first day on the job, Seagal began to sexually assault her. She complained in a lawsuit that he put his hand under her skirt and tried to fondle her breasts.

That's classic Hollywood objectification and abuse of women. I don't know why they behave like such beasts. They believe women must submit to their advances or they will get aggressive and sometimes violent.

While, the Judiciary Report cannot confirm Nguyen's allegations, this is not the first time Seagal has been accused of sexual assault. Other women have stated the same of him in the past, including "My Name Is Earl" actress Jamie Pressly. Even his ex-wife, actress, Kelly LeBrock, stated he is abusive.

15-Year Old Commits Suicide After School Bullying, Harassment And Rape

In tragic news, a 15-year-old Irish immigrant, Phoebe Prince, took her life in the U.S. state of Massachusetts, after months of relentless bullying, gang stalking, cyberstalking, aggravated harassment, assault and rape, committed by merciless classmates at her school.

Prosecutors have now charged 9 students in her death and it is appropriate, as their conduct is reprehensible and depraved and went well beyond school yard name calling.

After a particularly trying day of being terrorized by the 9 students, Phoebe, went home and hung herself above her family's staircase. A horrified relative came home to the grim discovery. Her story did not have to end like this. Someone at school should have intervened.

There needs to be a national anti-bullying statute, as too many kids have killed themselves after being bullied for being perceived as weak, quiet, nerdy or gay. Said law could also address individuals using technology to terrorize or humiliate others, in acts such as sexting and cyberstalking, especially on social networking sites. The judicial Act could cover an umbrella of things and it is needed, as too many children have died, while others have been maimed or burned during acts of bullying.

The next step would be to heavily advertise the new law. Let teens know, just because you are minors, does not mean there will be no culpability when you injure other students in acts of bullying.

However, it should be noted, laws are worthless if those in charge do not enforce them. If there is a failure on the part of the police or FBI (civil rights jurisdiction), to do their jobs in enforcing the law, as the latter has been known to do, innocent young people will continue to die at the hands of perpetrators.

Man Mimics "The Taking Of Pelham 123" And Is Arrested

Anthony Digait was arrested in New York for extorting an unnamed insurance company. His conduct was dubious and reminiscent of the film "The Talking Of Pelham 123" starring John Travolta, as it laid out a ransom demand, down to exact dollars and cents, with penalty increases in odd increments, if stipulated terms were not met.

The insurance unit had done him no harm, but he threatened the company with spam and an online smear campaign if they did not pay up. Well, they didn't. They called the police and he was arrested and is now facing prison. Never follow a Hollywood film, people. Those people are psychos.

PREET BHARARA, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and GEORGE VENIZELOS, the Acting Assistant Director-in-Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's New York Field Division ("FBI"), announced that ANTHONY DIGATI was arrested on March 6, 2010, on charges of attempting to extort approximately $200,000 from a New York-based life insurance company by threatening to make false public statements and transmit computer spam in an effort to damage the reputation of the company and cost it millions of dollars in revenue.

According to a criminal complaint unsealed on March 8, 2010, in Manhattan federal court:

On February 22, 2010, more than a dozen employees, executives, and one board member of the life insurance company (the "Company") received an e-mail signed "Anthony Digati." The e-mail reads, in part, "I HIGHLY suggest you visit this website and contact me afterwards." The e-mail provides a website address that leads a viewer to a website created by DIGATI (the "Website").

The website includes, among other things, the following text:

These things, unless you honor the below claim, WILL HAPPEN on March 8, 2010.

As you have denied my claim I can only respond in this way. You no longer have a choice in the matter, unless of course you want me to continue with this outlined plan. I have nothing to lose, you have everything to lose.

My demand is now for $198,303.88. This amount is NOT negotiable, you had your chance to make me an offer, now I call the shots.

I have 6 MILLION e-mails going out to couples with children age 25-40, this e-mail campaign is ordered and paid for. 2 million go out on the 8th and every two days 2 million more for three weeks rotating the list. Of course it is spam, I hired a spam service, I could care less, The damge [sic] will be done.

I am a huge social networker, and I am highly experienced. 200,000 people will be directly contacted by me through social networks, slamming your integrity and directing them to this website within days.

I think you get the idea, I am going to drag your company name and reputation, through the muddiest waters imaginable. This will cost you millions in lost revenues, trust and credibility not to mention the advertising you will be buying to counter mine. Sad thing is it’s almost free for me!

The process is in motion and will be released on March 8th, 2010. If you delay and the site goes live, The price will then be $3,000,000.00.

DIGATI, 52, was arrested this morning at his home in Chino, California. He is charged with one count of extortion through interstate communications. If convicted on this charge, DIGATI faces a maximum sentence of two years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000 or twice the gross pecuniary loss or gain derived from the offense.

DIGATI is expected to be presented today before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Riverside, California.

U.S. Attorney PREET BHARARA stated: "In this computer age, cyber-extortion has become an emerging tool for criminals to hold businesses at virtual gunpoint, threatening them with widespread spamming and other Internet-based attacks. With the assistance of the FBI, our office will work to safeguard the Internet and prosecute computer-savvy criminals who seek to harm the well-being of businesses and our economy."

FBI Acting Assistant Director-in-Charge VENIZELOS stated: "The digital age revolutionized business, among other ways, by drastically reducing the cost of direct marketing. But it has also facilitated the kind of cyber extortion allegedly effected by Digati. One blackmailer can, with mere keystrokes, spread damaging lies to millions. The threat is magnified by the sheer numbers of potential recipients. The most effective deterrent to cyber extortion is vigorous enforcement by the FBI."

Mr. BHARARA praised the New York FBI Office and the Riverside Resident Agency of the Los Angeles FBI Office.

This case is being prosecuted by the Office's Complex Frauds Unit. Assistant United States Attorney AMANDA KRAMER is in charge of this prosecution.

The charge in the criminal complaint is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
