Gay Writer Sued For Homo Hitting Nicollette Sheridan

Hollywood Homo Rage Unleashed

Hollywood actress, Nicollette Sheridan, was homo slapped by "Desperate Housewives" gay television writer, Marc Cherry, for questioning his script while on set. She alleges he pulled her aside, then struck her across the face and hit her in the head.

When she complained to the ABC network, Cherry is alleged to have vindictively killed her off the show, effectively firing her. She needs to worry about him killing her for real (kidding). As a result, she has sued him for $20,000,000 over his act of homo rage.

Marc Cherry: yes I hit her, she stole my lipstick

Desperate Housewives Source: Marc Cherry Has Crazy Temper

Today 10:45 AM PDT - When word of Nicollette Sheridan's lawsuit against Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry broke yesterday, plenty of people chalked it up to sour grapes.

Discovery should be interesting as allegations like the following emerge: "He has a crazy temper and is often not logical," a source close to the show tells E! News. "He feels he doesn't have to answer to anyone."...

Lady Gaga Sued By Ex-Boyfriend

Lady Gaga

Singer Lady Gaga has been sued for $30 million dollars, by ex-boyfriend and producer, Rob Fusari. He stated in a lawsuit that he shaped the singer as an artist, co-wrote several of her tunes and even gave her the stage name Lady Gaga. He contends she promised him 20% of her future earnings in he event she became successful, but she has now reneged and he wants his cut of the profits. She has responded to his claims by branding them unlawful.

Basically, Lady Gaga slept with Fusari, who was already established, to get ahead in the music industry. He took advantage of her desperation to make it, by requesting a higher than normal cut of the profits for someone in his position. Now she is famous, knows better based on what others have probably told her and backed out of the deal, though he already delivered the goods.

Rob Fusari

He is not her manager and most producers do not receive that much compensation (20% of every dime she makes is high). However, the deal she made with Fusari is enforceable, even if it is unethical.

Fusari recently complained regarding crooked, money grubbing, racketeering singer Beyonce and her equally corrupt dad, Matthew Knowles, robbing him of writer's credit for the song "Bootylicious" in one of many fraudulent attempts to make illiterate Beyonce, look like a songwriter, in criminal misconduct that has been done to many real songwriters that have encountered the thieving family.

Lady Gaga responds to suit filed by ex-boyfriend

In a court filing made public Friday, Lady Gaga alleges a lawsuit filed by ex-boyfriend/music producer Rob Fusari is only a cover to collect “unlawful compensation” for services as an unlicensed employment agent, according to a press report. Fusari’s lawyer, Robert S. Meloni, called the claim “ludicrous.”

Fusari, a song writer and music producer, filed the lawsuit Wednesday in New York City against Gaga. He claimed his former girlfriend, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, dropped his services as her career flourished. He alleged they co-wrote songs such as “Paparazzi” and “Beautiful, Dirty, Rich” and that he came up with her stage name.

Court Denies Anna Nicole A Share Of Oil Fortune

Video: Court: Anna Nicole Estate Won't Get Oil Fortune

This week, a U.S. court ruled the estate of the late model, Anna Nicole Smith, will not receive any portion of the fortune of late husband and Texas billionaire, J. Howard Marshall. This legal decision is in agreement with the Judiciary Report's previous assessment of the case.

No court should have the authority to go against the wishes of the decedent. What is the sense of having a will, if a court can go behind your back when you die and do as they please, awarding your hard earned assets to people you did not desire to have them. It is a violation of one's rights.

Obama's Fox News Interview Gets Ugly

Fight!

Interview excerpt where it got ugly:

U.S. President Barack Obama was nearly chewed up alive during a scheduled appearance on Fox News, which is a staunchly conservative network, opposed to his liberal leanings. The interviewed was conducted and aired today.

Fox News interviewer, Bret Baier, really went after the President, repeatedly demanding answers regarding why his health care bill is so costly to the taxpayers. The President was visibly rattled and snapped back at Baier.

Well, this rough, unpleasant exchange was to be expected. Fox News has criticized the President more than any other network. The Judiciary Report is of the belief, this interview did more harm than good to the President's agenda.
