U.S. President Barack Obama was nearly chewed up alive during a scheduled appearance on Fox News, which is a staunchly conservative network, opposed to his liberal leanings.
Fox News interviewer, Bret Baier, really went after the President, repeatedly demanding answers regarding why his health care bill is so costly to the taxpayers. The President was visibly rattled and snapped back at Baier.
Well, this rough, unpleasant exchange was to be expected. Fox News has criticized the President more than any other network. The Judiciary Report is of the belief, this interview did more harm than good to the President's agenda.
Hal Turner
It has happened again. Controversial, racist blogger, Hal Turner, has beaten the government in court. His second criminal trial for threatening judges lives on his website, in calling for their deaths, has ended in another mistrial.
FBI Director Robert S. Mueller
This speaks volumes regarding the FBI's lack of credibility with the public, that he has gotten off once again. The FBI arrested their own informant (Turner), tried to pretend he was a nobody they barely even knew, when they had paid him $100,000 in taxpayer money to break the law in issuing death threats, even got self-righteous in court, lying that they did not tell him to behave like a KKK member and the jury still didn't believe the FBI. What does that tell you. Stick a fork in them, they're done.

Thursday, March 11, 2010 - With his two trials ending in hung juries, Internet radio shock jock and former FBI informant Hal Turner faces the prospect of yet another criminal trial in April on a charge of threatening to murder federal judges
Turner, who celebrates his 48th birthday on Monday, can rejoice in the fact that he is still free, having now thwarted two government attempts to lock him away for up to 10 years.
But the prosecutions have taken a toll. Turner spent 119 days behind bars, most of it in isolation, for what he contends was nothing more than a fiery editorial. His radio show was silenced. His income dried up. And he recently filed for bankruptcy, listing virtually no assets and nearly $100,000 in debt...
U.S. President Obama's global bank tax is picking up speed and shall apply to financial institutions doing business in America, in the event it passes in Congress.
This would be an appropriate move. The nation needs the tax dollars, as do all countries touched by the financial crisis that began in the U.S. corporate sector.
Additionally, said tax money should not be included in "pay as you go" or immediately used on new programs. The money should go towards reducing national debt. When the nation is in a better financial place, the government can then look at MODERATE spending.

The FBI and DOJ receive many millions in taxpayer money for what is known as the "Victims Assistance Program" Yet, so often, we read stories regarding the Federal Bureau of Investigation abusing victims of crime and informants.
In light of the FBI's penchant for squandering and stealing taxpayer money - as in the case of their computer system fiascos, where a few hundred million dollars in taxpayer money mysteriously went missing and was unaccounted for via receipts labeled "miscellaneous" - where is the money in the "Victims Assistance Program" truly going. Why is Congress giving the FBI millions in taxpayer money, when victims are not being helped.
