U.S. President Barack Obama's health care bill has passed. He is scheduled to sign it into law on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. However, Republicans are vowing to repeal it and 37 U.S. states have stated they intend to sue, under the Constitution, to strike it down in their respective jurisdictions. Oh, what a mess this bill has become!
The Judiciary Report has maintained for months, America does need a comprehensive health care plan. However, the site questioned the timing and the content of the bill, due to the financial crisis currently gripping America.

The Judiciary Report would like to offer some constructive advice. From the moment the President took office in January 2009, the site has stated he needs to raise taxes on the rich, to pay for much of what he announced he wishes to do, during his tenure.
Had that tax increase kicked in months ago, billions of dollars could have been collected and placed into an interest bearing trust, to cover some of the nation's debts.

Now, with the passage of the President's health care bill, $944 billion dollars is required to fund it. This is in addition to the billions in taxpayer money that have been wasted, under the guise of job creation and massive bank bailouts, where numerous individuals misappropriated and stole money.
You are going to have to rein
America has many millionaires and billionaires. It's time for the taxman to come knocking, especially in light of the fact, many of said millionaires and billionaires got America into trouble, by starting the current financial crisis, they richly benefited from, while middle class and lower income families suffered.
In closing, the jobs bill must be executed correctly this time. Don't just chuck the money into the corporate sector, believing it will stimulate the economy wherever it lands. Some of the taxpayer money from the first stimulus, was stolen and ended up hidden in off shore accounts stimulating economies other than the one you intended. The American economy can't take anymore of these costly mistakes.
Sanctions For Continued Snub

Manchester United manager, Alex Ferguson, is facing sanctions if he continues to boycott the BBC, for doing a terrible piece on his son, who was later cleared of wrongdoing. I don't know why certain people at the BBC like to get so personal and defamatory with others, spooling in their family members into abuses of the Queen's airwaves.
Exactly who's running the BBC that they have fallen afoul of so many people. It is supposed to be a government trust, paid for by Britons' tax dollars, yet certain social and political activists seek employment there to incite trouble and their own agenda, that sometimes breaks the law.

Man U faces sanctions for Ferguson's BBC boycott
LONDON — Manchester United will be punished by the English Premier League if manager Alex Ferguson keeps boycotting the British Broadcasting Corporation in the upcoming season.
Ferguson — the most successful manager in British soccer history — has refused to speak to the BBC for six years since an investigation was aired questioning the business dealings of his son Jason, who was then working as a soccer agent. He was not found guilty of wrongdoing.
The Premier League is introducing the new rule, which will take effect at the start of the season in August. It will force the 68-year-old Ferguson to speak to the BBC, which pays to show highlights of matches on its popular evening Match of the Day program, and BBC Radio Five Live, which airs live commentaries...
The key to rebuilding Haiti will be in logistics. The building code in the Caribbean has to be strict, as the climate is often subject to powerful hurricanes and sometimes earthquakes.
Prefab building can be quick, but may be dangerous, as most of the materials used for such structures are typically wood and softer fibers. Concrete, steel and rebar should be the order of the day.
Structural engineers should also be consulted, to create structures with room for swaying, in the event of a future quake. Seismology surveys need to be done, to avoid rebuilding on dangerous fault lines.
A centralized, organizational committee should be formed and issues of import duty, tax and any other VAT mandates (materials) will have to be thoroughly mulled over, lest it make the rebuilding process more tedious and lengthy than necessary. Haiti's damaged areas can be rebuilt and in good time, but a very good plan needs to be on the table.
Thus far, over a billion has been raised, but more is needed.

Rapper Eve, real name Eve Jeffers, 31, who is currently embroiled in a money laundering scandal that embarrassingly made its way into the Senate, reportedly saw the U.S. government freeze her assets today. It appears the government is coming after her, though she denies it. They are stating she owes the I.R.S. $375,000 in taxes and they want their money.
They usually give people a chance to repay their tax debts, on a payment plan, rather than resorting to freezing assets first, which leads the Judiciary Report to believe, if reports are true in this regard, the U.S. government is angry she committed crimes that are felonies, in aiding an African president's son,
Eve made money as a rapper and actress, with 5 million CDs sold, roles in several motion pictures and her own self-titled show that aired for 3 years. It's a shame she succumbed to the temptation of easy money, via money laundering, as she certainly wasn't poor. Not that it would excuse it.

Those words, used by President Obama in a speech earlier this week have the mayor of Las Vegas fuming...again. Mayor Oscar Goodman says he's worried the statement will damage Las Vegas' already suffering economy.
"This president is a real slow learner," Goodman said after the speech. "He has a real psychological hang-up about the entertainment capital of the world and an apology won't be acceptable this time."
Shortly after the mayor's remarks, Obama sent a letter to U.S. Senator Harry Reid of Nevada in which he states, "I wasn't saying anything negative about Las Vegas." The president goes on to praise Las Vegas as a great place to have fun...
"I want the president to straighten this out. Otherwise, he's not welcome in my city," he said...
