Though he tried to play dumb like he didn't know what happened when the scandal broke, Matthew Knowles, the dad of singer, Beyonce Knowles, did indeed sire a child outside of his marriage to the yodeler's mom, Tina Knowles.

Today, DNA tests confirm Nixon Knowles is indeed Matthew's child and first son that we know about. This comes as a devastating blow to Beyonce's mother, who has been married to Matthew for almost 30-years and seen him through many infidelities and rampant illegal drug use.

It's also quite ironic how history is repeating itself, as Beyonce has married an adulterous, abusive man, rapper Jay-Z, who has much in common with her dad, in that they are both unfaithful men in the music industry, acting as executives, when they know nothing about music, while robbing artists and writers in the process.

Singer Lady Gaga has been sued for $30 million dollars, by ex-boyfriend and producer, Rob Fusari. He stated in a lawsuit that he shaped the singer as an artist, co-wrote several of her tunes and even gave her the stage name Lady Gaga. He contends she promised him 20% of her future earnings in he event she became successful, but she has now reneged and he wants his cut of the profits. She has responded to his claims by branding them unlawful.

Basically, Lady Gaga slept with Fusari, who was already established, to get ahead in the music industry. He took advantage of her desperation to make it, by requesting a higher than normal cut of the profits for someone in his position. Now she is famous, knows better based on what others have probably told her and backed out of the deal, though he already delivered the goods.

He is not her manager and most producers do not receive that much compensation (20% of every dime she makes is high). However, the deal she made with Fusari is enforceable, even if it is unethical.

Fusari recently complained regarding crooked, money grubbing, racketeering singer Beyonce and her equally corrupt dad, Matthew Knowles, robbing him of writer's credit for the song "Bootylicious" in one of many fraudulent attempts to make illiterate Beyonce, look like a songwriter, in criminal misconduct that has been done to many real songwriters that have encountered the thieving family.

In a court filing made public Friday, Lady Gaga alleges a lawsuit filed by ex-boyfriend/music producer Rob Fusari is only a cover to collect “unlawful compensation” for services as an unlicensed employment agent, according to a press report. Fusari’s lawyer, Robert S. Meloni, called the claim “ludicrous.”

Fusari, a song writer and music producer, filed the lawsuit Wednesday in New York City against Gaga. He claimed his former girlfriend, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, dropped his services as her career flourished. He alleged they co-wrote songs such as “Paparazzi” and “Beautiful, Dirty, Rich” and that he came up with her stage name.

Producer: Beyonce Stole Credit For "Bootylicious"

Producer Rob Fusari has accused screaming singer Beyonce of stealing writer's credit for the 2001 song she sang entitled "Bootylicious." Not that Mr. Fusari is a beacon of integrity himself, as Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" is not an original work.

As with Rich Harrison, the producer and writer of the Beyonce performed song, "Crazy In Love" (2003), Fusari insists the song lyrics, music sample and backing music were his idea, but her dad, Matthew Knowles, strong-armed him out of credit and some of his publishing royalties for the track.

The song's title "Bootylicious" is a made up word that was stolen from a copyrighted, preexisting 1994 Snoop Dogg song entitled, "What's My Name."

Yet it is another item Beyonce has taken credit for, overcompensating in repeatedly stating in interviews that she came up with the word "Bootylicious" when it was on one of the most famous rap albums in music history almost a decade prior to her taking it for a song title.

One has to wonder if Beyonce is severely mentally ill, to keep insisting preexisting copyrights she has stolen from a number of people, are her original creations, when the Copyright Office in Washington DC and court cases state otherwise.

To go to such sick extremes in interviews, repeatedly insisting you wrote something that there is a clear, time stamped history of having existed before you claim wrote it, is patently psychotic.

Beyonce and her dad have repeatedly strong-armed and bullied established producers and writers into giving up their songwriting credits and publishing royalties, or they cannot work with her, while flat-out criminally stealing and infringing preexisting copyrights from lesser known and unknown independent writers they prey on.

The fact of the matter is Beyonce is unintelligent to the point it borders on illiteracy, yet consistently takes writer's credit, hefty royalty payments and awards for writing songs she did not author in any manner whatsoever. These acts constitute criminal violations of the U.S. Code. Another musical Madoff, if you will.

Every major hit she has ever had and taken writer's credit for, was either strong-armed away from an established writer/producer or criminally infringed works of indie artists and writers she and her dad ripped off, believing they could buy out court cases if need be, as fledgling composers will not have the money to fight their financial crimes.

However, in my case, much more has been at stake, as the proceeds from my copyrights were to go towards producing cures to cancer and AIDS, via scientific and medical research and helping disease sufferers live longer, healthier lives.

You have blood on your hands and God will punish you for that. You can count on it.

25 February 2010 12:24 - Producer ROB FUSARI was devastated when BEYONCE took credit for composing BOOTYLICIOUS, alleging it was his idea to use a STEVIE NICKS' riff in the DESTINY'S CHILD hit.

Fusari insists it was a "bittersweet" experience working with the R&B trio on the 2001 track - the catchy song went on to top the charts but Beyonce's dad and manager Mathew allegedly forced him to compromise his ideas for the project. And he was further offended after the frontwoman claimed she was responsible for sampling Nicks' 1981 guitar part.

Fusari tells Billboard magazine, "I came up with the idea to build a track using the guitar riff from Stevie Nicks' Edge of Seventeen...

"I remember watching Barbara Walters interview Beyonce about Bootylicious, and she told Barbara about how she came up with the idea for the track."

Fusari, who went on to help Lady Gaga launch her pop career, insists he was brushed off when he complained about the interview, adding, "I called Mathew - which was a big mistake; I got emotional, and I apologised after - but I called Mathew and said, 'Mathew, like, why?' He explained to me, in a nice way, he said, 'People don't want to hear about Rob Fusari, producer from Livingston, N.J. No offence, but that's not what sells records. What sells records is people believing that the artist is everything.' And I'm like, 'Yeah, I know, Mathew. I understand the game. But come on, I'm trying too. I'm a squirrel trying to get a nut, too.'"

In news regarding unscrupulous music manager, Matthew Knowles, that will no doubt be painful to his daughter, singer Beyonce and her mother, Tina Knowles, who is divorcing him over repeated adultery claims, actress and mistress, Alexsandra Wright, has given birth to a baby boy, not girl, as was initially reported by many outlets, named Nixon Knowles (If he has Matthew's gene pool, he's going to be a real Nixon, alright).

Matthew has started paying child support, under court order and is scheduled to take a paternity test shortly. A Los Angeles judge ordered him to pay $20,000 for January 2010 and $8,200 per month, to Wright, who would not have given him the time of day, if it were not for his family's notoriety and ill-gotten cash flow, as Knowles has no redeeming qualities.

Ironically, several weeks ago, it was reported on several music news sites, Matthew Knowles asked Jay-Z, the husband of his daughter, Beyonce, to have his name affixed to the couple's last name, to reflect both, as he had no son to carry on his crooked name.

February 17, 2010 10:08 AM - NEW YORK (CBS) A Los Angeles judge has ordered Beyonce's father, Mathew Knowles, to pay temporary child support even though he may not be the baby's daddy, says TMZ. A whopping $20,750 in child support will be coming the mother's way for the month of January alone.

Alexsandra Wright, mother of baby Nixon who was born Feb. 4, claims she had an 18-month relationship with the singer's father, says TMZ.

Her lawyer, Neal Hersh, went to court Wednesday to ask for child support and the judge ordered Knowles to pay $8,200 a month, according to TMZ. Knowles must also pay 100% of uninsured medical costs.

A DNA test will take place March 1, says the site, to determine if Knowles is baby Nixon's father.

According to TMZ, Knowles has not flat out denied he is the father. Surprisingly, he gave Wright $10,000 in January to cover uninsured medical costs and other expenses.

The company stated in New York federal, it was defrauded out of $500,000 by the crooked Knowles family and want their money back.

The two Knowleses launched clothing collection House of Dereon in 2005, and are accused of costing apparel maker Vier International $500,000 in an alleged conspiracy to undercut the Asian company.

In legal papers filed in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, New York on Monday Vier International owners claim executives at clothing company Donna Loren LLC and shipping firm HJM International worked together as “conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less than the agreed upon contract price”.

Beyonce and her partners at House of Dereon and her Beyond Productions company reportedly aided the scheme by making purchase orders and requesting manufacturer specifications.

Vier International executives are suing for compensation and they have also filed the complaint under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, a statute usually reserved for the prosecution of organized crime gangs like the mafia.
