King, who has been married 8 times, to six women and sired 5 children, is currently embroiled in another divorce, from Shawn Southwick, which was announced today.

VH-1's new reality show, "Basketball Wives" starring, Shaunie O'Neal, the soon to be ex-wife of, Shaquille O'Neal, is in hot water of a legal variety.

It seems Shaunie signed a very binding confidentiality agreement with estranged husband, Shaq, which prohibits her from discussing their relationship publicly, particularly in a book or on a television program, which is exactly what she has done.

The scandalous "Basketball Wives" has thus far discussed Shaq's adulterous affair with, Laura Govan, the fiancée of fellow NBA basketball player, Gilbert Arenas, while kindly leaving out Shaunie's infidelity. Shaunie reportedly had two boyfriends during the course of their marriage and previously left her deacon husband to marry Shaq.

Shaq had his lawyers send over a legal warning to VH-1 days before the show aired, but they went ahead with the debut without removing references to Shaq that aren't particularly flattering. Shaq is now threatening suit.

The show has a history of legal problems. The program clearly had to change its name from "NBA Wives" to "Basketball Wives" for legal reasons, as it would violate the league's trademark rights.

One of the show's stars, Royce Reed, was slapped with a gag order from, Dwight Howard, instructing her not to divulge the contents of their past relationship or mention his name or that of their son.

Reality star and cheating husband, Jon Gosselin, has sued ex-wife, Kate for spousal support and custody of their eight children, after abandoning his family for two sexual affairs.

The Judiciary Report is of the belief custody should remain with Kate Gosselin and her ex-husband is not entitled to any of her earnings from television shows, such as Dancing With The Stars. Regrettably, Gosselin has shown via past actions, he cannot be counted on to be there for his children, having abandoned them for women he barely even knew.

He distressed and humiliated his ex-wife with his conduct and owes her an apology, not a legal writ demanding a chunk of her income he had nothing to do with.

Divorce was not the answer. He is most likely jealous as well, to see her new makeover, replete with hair extensions, a new smile and new body. You go girl.

The papers, filed in Pennsylvania, claim Kate has yet to document her child expenses. Of course, we all saw this coming — Just yesterday, Jon described Kate as an “absentee parent” while announcing his intent to sue for custody.

Beyonce's Dad Paying Child Support For New Son

In news regarding unscrupulous music manager, Matthew Knowles, that will no doubt be painful to his daughter, singer Beyonce and her mother, Tina Knowles, who is divorcing him over repeated adultery claims, actress and mistress, Alexsandra Wright, has given birth to a baby boy, not girl, as was initially reported by many outlets, named Nixon Knowles (If he has Matthew's gene pool, he's going to be a real Nixon, alright).

Matthew has started paying child support, under court order and is scheduled to take a paternity test shortly. A Los Angeles judge ordered him to pay $20,000 for January 2010 and $8,200 per month, to Wright, who would not have given him the time of day, if it were not for his family's notoriety and ill-gotten cash flow, as Knowles has no redeeming qualities.

Ironically, several weeks ago, it was reported on several music news sites, Matthew Knowles asked Jay-Z, the husband of his daughter, Beyonce, to have his name affixed to the couple's last name, to reflect both, as he had no son to carry on his crooked name.

February 17, 2010 10:08 AM - NEW YORK (CBS) A Los Angeles judge has ordered Beyonce's father, Mathew Knowles, to pay temporary child support even though he may not be the baby's daddy, says TMZ. A whopping $20,750 in child support will be coming the mother's way for the month of January alone.

Alexsandra Wright, mother of baby Nixon who was born Feb. 4, claims she had an 18-month relationship with the singer's father, says TMZ.

Her lawyer, Neal Hersh, went to court Wednesday to ask for child support and the judge ordered Knowles to pay $8,200 a month, according to TMZ. Knowles must also pay 100% of uninsured medical costs.

A DNA test will take place March 1, says the site, to determine if Knowles is baby Nixon's father.

According to TMZ, Knowles has not flat out denied he is the father. Surprisingly, he gave Wright $10,000 in January to cover uninsured medical costs and other expenses.

Senator and former presidential candidate, John Edwards, is being accused of beating up his wife, Elizabeth, who has cancer, when she pressured him on whether he was having an extramarital affair, which later proved to be true. The National Enquirer states they have the police report to prove Edwards punched his wife in the stomach.
