Jason Lee and ex-wife Carmen Llywelyn

According to an article in the New York Times and personal testimony of former members of the Scientology cult, the group routinely physically abuses members into doing what they want them to, which is a violation of the law.

Previously, numerous members claimed sexual abuse has been transpiring against kids in the Scientology cult, resulting in minors contracting sexually transmitted diseases in the "Sea Org" branch of the sect.

Now, members are speaking out that they were paid next to nothing and physically abused, which are hallmarks of cults.

In a separate article, Carmen Llywellyn, the wife of former "My Name Is Earl" television star, Jason Lee, did an interview revealing her Scientologist husband physically abused her and when she left him and the cult, they began to gang stalk and terrorize her on public streets, in the presence of her children, which also constitutes child endangerment and stalking.

Numerous cases have come before world courts, regarding Scientologists attempting to destroy innocent people they target physically, emotionally, mentally and financially.

If you leave the cult or speak out against them, they will target you in groups, trying to drive you over the edge into committing suicide, due to the terrible levels of harassment they levy or will attempt to run you over with a vehicle or drown you in a bathtub, hoping to make it look like an accident. Numerous Scientologists have died in this manner, in publicized cases, due to foul play.

Much of the harassment techniques come from the Anthony Pellicano playbook. Pellicano is a private investigator to the stars of Hollywood and is now incarcerated on over 115 criminal charges, for illegal wiretapping, harassment and identity theft, among other charges, on behalf of celebrities and celebrity cults, such as Kabbalah and Scientology, who lawyer Bert Fields represents.

FBI Agent Arrested For Illegally Accessing Files

FBI Agent Peter H. Norell Jr. has been arrested for illegally accessing government files for personal gain. It is alleged he, "Overstepped his authority to illegally get information."

A year and a half ago, FBI Agent Mark T. Rossini, illegally accessed FBI/DOJ files and passed them along to his actress girlfriend, Linda Forentino, who was in league with disgraced private investigator, the now incarcerated, Anthony Pellicano.

The Judiciary Report is not surprised another FBI employee has been detained for this breed of misconduct. The site has maintained for sometime that FBI employees, including Director, Robert S. Mueller, have illegally accessed the private information of innocent Americans and continues to do so.

Hollywood the industry, is such a perverse institution of smut and degeneracy, the late pop star, Michael Jackson feared hidden cameras being utilized against him, in situations privacy was to be expected by law, requiring his bodyguards to check his hotel rooms for the invasive units. The practice is quite sick, as it is voyeurism, strictly prohibited by U.S. and international law. Under the law and established legal standards, voyeurism automatically makes the perpetrators and those that hire them to commit said crimes, sex offenders, classed with pedophiles and rapists.

But in sick Hollywood, they believe spying on people 24/7 in violation of all codes of morality and existing legal statutes, is acceptable human behavior, when it is not and never will be. Society was never moving in that unconstitutional and internationally illegal direction, as some sickos in Hollywood committing these acts of criminal perversion comfort themselves in believing. They are the sickest people in existence.

Further proof of this fact is the loud outcry regarding the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District case (see article links below), which has enraged people all over the world.

It involves Harriton High School in Pennsylvania issuing laptops to all their students and not informing them or their parents, the units contains a hidden feature - surreptitious software trojan that remotely activates the computers' webcams, spying on students and their families at home or in any other situation they find themselves when the camera turns on.

The school has admitted they did this, but claim the webcam spy feature was only installed to locate lost or stolen laptops. However, neither Blake Robbins or his family reported the laptop lost or stolen, yet it turned on and took photos of him in his bedroom, which a vice principal threw in his face.

I sympathize with the Robbins, as in the Aisha v. FBI case, regarding obtaining Freedom of Information documents and the agency's blatant criminal negligence, members of Madonna's Kabbalah cult in Miami, on her instruction, would insidiously and harassingly approach me in public, perversely telling me verbatim, in great detail, the things being said and done in my home, due to sick hidden cameras technology she paid a private investigator to implement.

The FBI needs to be closed, as they are corrupt. Criminal negligence is the FBI's way, as has been illustrated via a number of other cases, such as Fort Hood, the September 11th attack (FBI Agent Harry Sammit's investigation was stonewalled by Robert S. WHEN President Barack Obama’s secret service codename was revealed as Renegade and his wife Michelle’s as Renaissance, the names seemed perfect for a first couple who had come to Washington to shake things up.

More than a year into the Obama administration, with healthcare yet to be reformed, Wall Street banks continuing to pay huge bonuses and Guantanamo Bay prison still open, that mood of hope has turned to disillusion. Obama’s policy of engagement has yielded no progress in the Middle East or Iran; the war in Afghanistan continues to exact a big toll in lives and dollars; while the heaviest snow in Washington for 90 years seems to have stymied any hope of climate change legislation.

The president and his team now find themselves under fire for mishandling Congress from everyone from senior Democrats to social columnists...The result is legislative paralysis despite the biggest Democratic majority in 30 years.

Last week a prominent Democratic senator resigned after criticising both government and Congress. Evan Bayh from Indiana, who had never lost a race and was expected to be re-elected in November, complained that the party’s recent loss of the Senate seat of the late Ted Kennedy should have been seen as a wake-up call.

“Moderates and independents even in a state as Democratic as Massachusetts just aren’t buying our message,” he said. “They don’t believe the answers we are currently proposing are solving their problems.”...

“One problem is they do not have sufficient experience at governing at the executive branch level. The deeper problem is that they are not listening to the people.”

Obama relies on five people, four of whom are Chicagoans. They are Rahm Emanuel, his chief of staff, David Axelrod and Jarrett, his political advisers, and Michelle, while the fifth kitchen cabinet member is Robert Gibbs, his chief spokesman, who comes from Alabama.

School’s Illegal Defense For Spying On Kids In Their Homes With Webcams

Harriton High’s defense, of what amounts to voyeurism, illegal wiretapping and computer intrusion that violated the privacy of minors attending their school, is offensive and insulting to anyone with intelligence.

What is very troubling about the case is the school’s gall, in trying to defend as their right, what is illegal criminal conduct, when any jurist with half a brain can see they flagrantly broke the law.

How can they act as though, spying on people in their homes with cameras, without their knowledge or consent, is acceptable human behavior? Students and their parents are outraged, along with many citizens all over the country, but the school just doesn’t get it.

Harriton High’s management tried to have their own illegal reality show, ensconced in people's homes, with unwitting participants, which constitutes several felonies.

Another issue one cannot get past, is the obvious fact the webcams on the school issued laptops had to have been snapping away indiscriminately, with someone(s) on the school’s end watching live camera feeds or later sorting through what it each unit had captured.

Numerous students were complaining that the webcams would turn on without prompting at various intervals, but the school labeled it a “glitch” full well knowing it was not, as they failed to disclose to parents and students, they have been running an illegal surveillance program, using the webcams on the laptops they gave the children.

If they thought the spy program was above board, why didn't they inform the students and their parents verbally or in writing, "Hey, we've installed webcams and spyware on each computer we gave you, which can trigger at anytime we instruct it to, taking photos and videos, whether you are in your bedroom, bathroom or living room." No mention was made. They would never have told people the truth, as they would be in more trouble than they could ever fathom. You know, like now.

The chances are a million to one that the webcam just happened to catch this young man at the very moment he was popping candy that looked like pills.

Once again, based on the way technology works and claims asserted online by students of Harriton High, the Judiciary Report stands by the belief, the webcams were triggering at repeated intervals over the course of the 14 month program. Then, someone forwarded specific snaps to the vice principal and other members of the faculty that are involved in this scandal.

The Judiciary Report does not state this to distress people or cause paranoia, but there are technological facts involved that need to be taken into account.

Through the Anthony Pellicano case, the public found out, the private investigator had illegal wiretap software designed to begin recording unlawfully snooped on calls of surveillance subjects, that would trigger when a certain word was spoken over the phone, in an effort to help reduce the amount of calls Pellicano and his criminal staff of 4, would later have to sift through on behalf of Hollywood clients, to get to specific data they requested for personal use or court cases.

For example, a tape was released revealing actor, Tom Cruise, unlawfully had Pellicano wiretap then wife, Nicole Kidman. Say, Kidman would go on and on over the phone about hair, make-up and nail polish, not that Tom wouldn’t like that stuff based on prevalent rumors about his sexuality, Pellicano reportedly could have the software programmed to flag and record calls that specifically mentioned the word “Tom.” It cuts down on time.

The American NSA and its Echelon spy station in Britain, uses a similar technique, that if one says the words “bomb” or “President” over the phone, among other items, the call is recorded and forwarded to a government analyst for further review, to verify one is not a terrorist or criminal, planning to blow up the President of the United States. This has been written about in the press.

But, to my knowledge, there is no commercially available software that can watch for and alert a webcam operator, of when a person is breaking the law on camera. There are motion detectors for cameras, but not one that is available to the public that can alert you when a crime is committed, such as taking drugs in front of a webcam. The webcam or surveillance camera just triggers when it detects motion.

Therefore, there are holes in the school’s story. The Judiciary Report would like for the vice principal of Harriton High, to be interviewed and explain her conduct, such as what she was doing with a webcam photo of a 15-year-old in his bedroom, snapped without his knowledge or that of his family.

There is no good answer to that question, which is why the school keeps answering the query in a deceitful manner, by stating the minor, "Was not punished for it." We didn't ask you that. Did you or did you not have in your possession, a photo of 15-year-old Blake Robbins and or any other students, in their homes. Yes or no. If you say yes, you and all involved deserve massive prison sentences and must be registered as sex offenders.

This investigation into the remote spying allegedly being conducted against students at Lower Merion represents an attempt to find proof of spying and a look into the toolchain used to accomplish spying. Taking a look at the LMSD Staff List, Mike Perbix is listed as a Network Tech at LMSD. Mr. Perbix has a large online web forum footprint as well as a personal blog, and a lot of his posts, attributed to his role at Lower Merion, provide insight into the tools, methods, and capabilities deployed against students at LMSD. Of the three network techs employed at LMSD, Mr. Perbix appears to have been the mastermind behind a massive, highly effective digital panopticon.

The primary piece of evidence, already being reported on by a Fox affiliate, is this amazing promotional webcast for a remote monitoring product named LANRev. In it, Mike Perbix identifies himself as a high school network tech, and then speaks at length about using the track-and-monitor features of LanRev to take surreptitious remote pictures through a high school laptop webcam. A note of particular pride is evident in his voice when he talks about finding a way outside of LANRev to enable "curtain mode", a special remote administration mode that makes remote control of a laptop invisible to the victim. Listen at 35:47, when he says:

"you're controlling someone's machine, you don't want them to know what you're doing" - Mike Perbix

It isn't until 37 minutes into the video till Perbix begins talking about the Theft Tracking feature, which causes the laptop to go into a mode where it beacons its location and silent webcam screenshots out to an Internet server controlled by the school.

The truly amazing part of this story is what's coming out from comments from the students themselves. Some of the interesting points:

Possession of a monitored Macbook was required for classes

Possession of an unmonitored personal computer was forbidden and would be confiscated

Disabling the camera was impossible

Jailbreaking a school laptop in order to secure it or monitor it against intrusion was an offense which merited expulsion

Gang stalking is a terrible type of egregious misconduct taking place in America that the FBI is aware of through several cases, both civil and criminal. Cults such as Kabbalah and Scientology use it to target, terrorize and destroy innocent people. They employ various methods, such as stalking and invasion of privacy, both serious crimes, in attempting to harass, wear down and destroy innocent people, in conduct that is positively un-American.

The trial of convicted private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, which the FBI investigated, was a prime example of how rich and famous Hollywood degenerates use private investigators to accomplish this goal, who in turn employ thugs and bullies, to gang stalk and terrorize innocent people, who refuse to meet their demands and desires.

I have been the target of a most sick breed of gang stalking, commissioned by pseudo-singer Madonna, a psychotic that choked a child, Keith Sorrentino and stalked various men and women that rebuffed her.

Lately, due to positive developments in my life, Madonna has once again escalated the commissioned harassment.

Kabbalah Harassed Disabled Friend

For example, two weeks in a row this month, my family and I went out to have dinner at the mall. We were out with a ward of the court, who is a disabled friend, that is a very nice person, who is well liked in the community.

Madonna sent, via the Kabbalah center in Miami, which is the cult she fronts, a group of four thugs, two weeks in a row, to harass, yell at, mock and terrorize us, getting so close, surrounding us and getting so abrasive and demeaning with what they were saying, we were concerned for our safety.

The first week they did this, I ignored them and we walked away from them, even though they kept following us for several minutes. When they did not get to me with the harassment, the second week they returned again, stalking us, but this time, not only did they target me, they mercilessly mocked and harassed our mentally disabled friend, as a means of getting to me, because their misconduct was ignored the week prior.

Stalking And Hate Crimes

Madonna has reached a new low, violating not only the Civil Rights Act with these hate crimes, but she has now violated the Americans with Disabilities Act as well, which is most appalling and sick.

Stalking is a state and national crime, which constitutes a felony. Madonna has repeatedly engaged in commissioned stalking via the Miami Kabbalah center, sending members of the cult, who identify themselves as such, to stalk, threaten and terrorize me on a regular basis. She is a horrible human being.

She has sent, via the Kabbalah center in Miami, some of the most psychotic, ill coordinated, hygienically challenged, rage filled people in the city, to harass, threaten, berate and deride me and in some instances, they have targeted members of my family, who were out in public with me as well. I have taken mobile phone pictures of many of them, some of which were recently submitted to the Court in the Aisha v. FBI case.

Vehicular Assault

Three incidents on public streets in Miami, devolved into members of Kabbalah trying to run me over with vehicles, most notably, a black Mercedes, which I informed the FBI of in writing and verbally in 2005.

Three years later, in 2008, the FBI, DOJ and Los Angeles prosecutor, stated publicly FOR THE FIRST TIME at the criminal trial of one of Madonna's private investigators, Anthony Pellicano, that he sent a man in a black Mercedes in an attempt to run over and kill Los Angeles Times journalist, Anita Busch, outside her home, on behalf of a wealthy Hollywood star and executive.

The Anthony Pellicano trial revealed they engage in vehicular assault, when they become exasperated and are unable to find any derogatory information or dirt on the victim they target with illegal surveillance, thus they resort to attempted murder, to rid themselves of the perceived problem, also known as an innocent citizen.

Private Eye Gavin DeBecker

Madonna also terrorizes innocent people through Los Angeles private investigator, Gavin DeBecker, who unlike Anthony Pellicano, is currently a free man. There are other currently free private investigators she uses as well, to target and terrorize innocent people she psychotically perceives as enemies. She is a sick person and depraved human being to do such debased things to people who have done her no harm.

The fact of the matter is, I don't know her and never did anything to her. I authored a Copyrighted Catalog of works and it made me a target of this horrible, sick, wicked woman, who has stolen her way to the top with a career that has been in free fall for a decade.

Mafia Threats

She also abused her Italian heritage, as did her private investigator, Anthony Pellicano and her boyfriend, Chris Pacello, both felons and members of the mafia, in sending a man to utter mafia death threats to me, threatening: when an order is given to kill someone, it comes down from the top in the mafia, then works its way down, to underlings, who carry out the murder.

This was one of her sick attempts to terrify me into giving up the full rights to my Copyrighted Catalog that she had begun stealing from and has become completely obsessed with.

In a time when most Italians shun mafia stereotypes, Madonna has disgracefully embraced it and has used it to threaten people like me.

Pellicano and Pacello also sent thugs to issue mafia styled death threats to others they terrorized, in well documented incidents that are apart of court records.

Attempted Sexual Assault

Yesterday, in another incident in public, another Kabbalah recruit came up to me in public, started harassing and terrorizing me and tried to inappropriately touch me in a sexual manner. I took a mobile phone photo of him for future evidence in court.

That nasty, vile old beast Madonna, has dragged her sick conduct to new lows yet again. She is such a disgusting old pervert. What kind of nasty animal commissions something like that.

FBI Criminal Negligence

The FBI has allowed the misconduct to continue, because, as it was told to me, they entered into a conspiracy, as they want Hollywood stars to be the best in the world and allowing the criminal thefts of my preexisting Copyrights, via looking the other way to my case, is a means to achieving said felonious goal. It's ugly, but it is the truth.

The FBI has a consistent record of discriminating against black people and foreigners. They have been sued by a number of black civilians and African-American FBI agents, for racial discrimination and harassment.

In looking the other way to the copyright thefts, to unlawfully benefit Hollywood, it has also meant, the FBI has allowed the constant harassment against me in public by Kabbalah and invasion of privacy to continue as well, in violation of the Civil Rights Act and anti-stalking statutes.

What's even more disgraceful is a copy of the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit and a letter was sent to the White House (click here) as Madonna's commissioned misconduct via Kabbalah had begun escalating into terrible, dangerous levels of unprovoked violence, yet several months later, nothing has been done to stop it. The FBI, DOJ and Obama admin read this website and have been in the site statistics as visitors for quite some time.

It lends the impression the Obama admin approves of the misconduct coming out of Hollywood or why else would it continue happening. It's quite ironic, as he has daughters and wouldn't like anyone coming up to them in public on a regular basis, harassing, terrorizing and threatening them or trying to touch them inappropriately on a city street. Therefore, as a dad, one would expect more from him than that.

25,000,000 people have read about the aforementioned lawsuit via my sites, feeds and numerous other links. Therefore, I don't know why the current admin could logically believe the ONGOING criminal conduct they have allowed from Madonna and co., could help poll numbers.

It also doesn't look good that Obama's FBI and DOJ tried to challenge the Civil Rights Act in court and continue to stonewall me in not turning over the Freedom of Information Act documents I properly requested under the law, with the FBI sending me a letter stating I'd have to sue to get them.

Now that I have sued, they are still attempting to cling to the incriminating documents for dear life, have not denied any of my allegations and refuse to give an explanation for their appalling conduct in allowing Madonna to run loose with such terrible criminal activity. If someone accused you of something you didn't do, you'd deny you did it. Yet the FBI and DOJ keep dancing around it, refusing to deny it, as the evidence clearly illustrates they did and allowed others to do things they should not have either.

Individuals and entities such as the EFF have sued the FBI/DOJ and gotten the Freedom of Information Act documents released right away, yet the FBI/DOJ continue in a dogfight against me, trying to hide said documents like their lives depended on it. That's not transparency.

The activist from the ACORN scandal, James O'Keefe, who was arrested last week for tampering with and wiretapping the office of Senator Mary Landrieu, employed a tactic I complained of 5 months ago in my lawsuit Aisha v. FBI.

Day one, the phone company would send someone to fix my phone line, then by day two, unbeknownst to us, Madonna's Kabbalah would send someone posing as a telephone repairman to tamper with it again.

This pattern repeated itself 3 times in 2005 over the course of two weeks, which led me to call the phone company and ask how many repair men they sent out. They said 3, yet we counted 6 and one of them knew too much about me, made his way into my home studio and confronted me, which gave the game away that he was a fraud posing as a repairman. Something he said gave it away that it was Kabbalah. I stated in the lawsuit:

Furthermore, how would the FBI explain away all the concrete evidence in the case, illustrating blatant crimes being committed against Aisha, such as the fact the hacks into Aisha’s computers to steal copyrights have been digitally and irrefutably traced back to the staff of Madonna.com. Madonna’s famous producers, affiliates and friends contacting Aisha online, by phone and in person. Her business partner, Sony, contacting Aisha repeatedly via email, inviting her to their company, sending her a gift by mail containing spyware, then proceeding to commit criminal copyright infringement, unlawfully using years old, preexisting copyrights belonging to Aisha. Members of Madonna’s Miami Kabbalah Center arrogantly stalking Aisha’s on a weekly basis, approaching her and getting caught on camera. The revelation that members of Madonna’s Kabbalah Center trespassed at Aisha’s home, unlawfully gaining access to Aisha’s house, pretending to be AT&T and Direct TV technicians the companies later claimed no knowledge of dispatching.

Based on reports over the past few days, O'Keefe and others conspired, then went to Senator Mary Landrieu's office posing as telephone repairmen. Apparently, this is the latest way to trespass and commit invasion of privacy and wiretapping. The sad part is innocent surveillance targets could get hurt in this manner, when people abuse phone companies' names, posing as their employees.

There was an incident regarding my phone line needing repair. All of a sudden, our line bore all the written about signs of wiretapping, such as interference on the line, static, secondary conversations as though the lines were crossed up, the phone would ring and a constant beeping noise would sound with no one on the other end, calls would abruptly cut off during key points in conversations and clicking noises would sound during certain phone calls. I looked it up online. Numerous private investigators' websites and book excerpts referred to it as signs or symptoms of wiretapping.

However, there were two other strange incidents regarding my phone line as well. In 2006, an actual AT&T repairman looked at my phone line, then came into my home office, as he didn't like what he saw on it, then started talking about wiretaps and stated "You aren't a spy are you" which really offended me, because I'm not (he was assuming only spies and terrorists are wiretapped - clearly, he hadn't met Madonna's private eye Anthony Pellicano or heard of the FBI spying on journalists and bloggers). He saw the wiretap.

Then, there was another incident prior to that where an AT&T phone repairman called me into the backyard while he was working on the phone box they put on each person's property and said to me, he doesn't like the fact there is no one inside the house, yet my phone line outside is lit up, showing activity and is engaged.

There is a pervasive corruption in the government and the corporate sector, where people believe they have an illegal right to spy on others, engaging in invasion of privacy, via wiretaps and other unsavory surveillance tools such as hidden cameras, forbidden by law. It needs to stop, as it is unconstitutional, thoroughly illegal and sick.

January 28, 2010 - Defenders of the operatives who tried to tamper with Sen. Mary Landrieu's phones point out that the men have not been formally accused of wiretapping. They have been accused of intending to maliciously tamper with the a federally owned phone system.

Wiretapping is one type of malicious tampering. It's also a much more serious and politically explosive charge than mere vandalism. So, as you'd expect, the suspects' lawyers are working overtime to counter suspicions of bugging or wiretapping...

The first step would be to analyze the equipment that the suspects brought with them. According to the affidavit that the two fake "repairmen" were wearing tool belts. So far, authorities haven't said what kind of tools they were carrying. It would also be nice to know more about that listening equipment that Stan Dai supposedly had with him in his car when he was arrested...

All four guys have been bailed out of jail. Let's hope the FBI has taken care to secure their home and work computers. Otherwise, they're probably home wiping their hard drives right now.
