Eric Holder Hypocritically Attends Sexual Assault Awareness Month Event

U. S. President Barack Obama's controversial and frequently slammed U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, hypocritically attended a gathering for Sexual Assault Awareness Month and touted the Department of Justice's Office on Violence Against Women.

I find his appearance at the event hypocritical and disgusting in light of the willful criminal negligence he has displayed in the Aisha v. FBI case, since talking office a year ago, which allowed a terrible situation, where a victim of crime, me, was made to endure even more trauma, when a vile male member of Madonna's Kabbalah cult stalked and approached me on a public street in Downtown Miami, then started making disturbing, invasive statements about me and reached out and tried to sexually assault me.

If I had not quickly moved out of the way when I realized what he was trying to do, that pervert would have succeeded at sexually assaulting me. I was appalled someone would do such a thing under the circumstances, especially in public. Had the FBI and DOJ done their job, that terrible incident would not have happened.

However, that's the kind of confidence Madonna's Kabbalah has in the DOJ and FBI's corruption. In 2005, the FBI and its parent agency, the DOJ, were notified in writing that Madonna and her sick Kabbalah cult have been stalking and harassing me, among other things. I was interviewed twice by the Miami FBI.

They told me to come into their office (Miami FBI), after I sent the formal, written complaint and called to inquire about the status of it. On three separate occasions they said they would investigate the case. They even sent me a letter stating I'm a victim of crime.

However, when FBI Director Robert S. Mueller found out Madonna and co. have been harassing, terrorizing and threatening me, among other things, in bids at trying to get me to give up the rights to my preexisting, Library of Congress registered, Copyrighted Catalog worth billions (same thing Michael Jackson was killed for - copyrights) he ordered the Miami FBI to do nothing. According to protocol, they are supposed to issue a report on the investigation regarding the copyrights and human rights abuse case, yet they have not, seeking to cover up everything.

I was then told by a very credible source in the know on these matters that Mueller instructed the Miami FBI to drag its feet on my case and let the criminal misconduct and human rights abuses transpiring against me, endangering my life, continue as it has been benefiting Hollywood via ill-gotten financial gains and numerous undeserved awards, for the duplicated and derivative works that have been stolen from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog that contains over 12,500 songs, 1000 movie scripts, movie treatments and short stories, 15 book manuscripts, 300 music video treatments, 500 photographs, among other things.

The same credible source informed me that the FBI, on Mueller's orders, illegally opened an investigation into me, with warrantless wiretaps, illegal scanning of my emails, computers and bank accounts, hoping to find some dirt on me worthy of arrest, to deflect the criminal activity Hollywood has been engaging in at my expense, via stealing billions in copyrights from my Catalog and committing unspeakably wicked human rights abuses against me, with the hope it would destroy me.

However, when the investigation into me yielded no negative results, Mueller ordered a cover-up, as he'd violated the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Code via waging a malicious, illegal investigation into an innocent victim of crime, who has been greatly defrauded, having no probable cause to have done so. And that's the kind of dirty animal leading the FBI. One of my responses to this betrayal of my rights, has been exclusive after exclusive, exposing the FBI's misdeeds.

Mad-onna

The criminal misconduct transpiring against me has been witnessed by family and friends and digital data, forensic evidence and mobile phone photos bear witness to the fact, members of Madonna's Kabbalah keep invading my privacy, stalking and approaching me. Under the law, this conduct is patently illegal.

They have no excuse or justification under the law to be infringing my copyrights, invading my privacy and following me everywhere, every time I set foot outside the house. It's sick and depraved. They should not be in such close proximity to me and repeatedly.

They should not be approaching and confronting me anywhere, communicating threats on behalf of that madwoman Madonna, but have on many occasions. I have nothing to do with them and want nothing to do with them. Yet they persist in this madness.

Even this past weekend, I went to Tallahassee, Florida with my mom, which is 7 hours away from where I currently live in Miami and a member of Kabbalah got onto the same elevator as me and kept staring at me in this weird way. I didn't realize it until the elevator door had already closed, otherwise I would not have gotten on. If an old couple had not gotten on the elevator when I did, that Kabbalah member would have probably tried to assault me like other members of his cult have done on other occasions.

Kabbalah members have even stalked me into other countries, like my homeland Jamaica and Britain, where some of my forbearers come from.

This persistent misconduct is criminal and constitutes aggravated stalking. Only crazy people do things like that. Yet the FBI and DOJ, who are supposed to prevent crime and uphold the law of the land, have allowed the criminal harassment, stalking and assault to continue, to facilitate copyright infringement of a preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, by parties in Hollywood, such as Madonna.

The proof is there. The witnesses and photos testifying to the crimes are there. The time stamped, preexisting copyrights bear witness to the blatant duplications that have been transpiring in violation of the U.S. Copyright Act and the Berne Treaty.

The FBI/DOJ should be ashamed of themselves for facilitating such crimes, as it is disgraceful and an embarrassment millions are reading about on a regular basis in America and all over the world. But God is on my side. You aren't getting away with anything.

Of course, these achievements would not be possible without our Office on Violence Against Women, which leads the Justice Department's efforts to raise awareness about sexual assault and to combat these devastating crimes. Since opening its doors 15 years ago, OVW has awarded more than $3.5 billion in grants to some of our nation's most effective victim service providers and programs. This office has been instrumental in helping victims of sexual assault find assistance and empowering survivors to seek justice. It's also created a forum for providers and advocates from across the field to come together and to share cutting-edge research, best practices, and innovative strategies.

Catherine Pierce has been a part of this work from the start. Although she often says that she's witnessed the great progress OVW has made over the years, Catherine has actually helped lead this progress. I'm grateful to her, and I know that OVW's enthusiastic new director, Sue Carbon, looks forward to building on all that this office has achieved. As a former judge myself, I know that, after nearly two decades of service on the bench, Sue will bring a unique and insightful perspective to OVW's work. Her experience and expertise will allow the department to reach new communities, strengthen current partnerships and provide enhanced support for OVW grantees.

We all know what we're up against. Our own research shows that nearly 19 million women and 3 million men have experienced at least one incident of sexual assault. Confronting this reality is difficult. It's often painful. But it's also important. Acknowledging and discussing the prevalence of sexual assault creates opportunities to act, to assist, to educate, and to collaborate.

We should all be encouraged by President Obama's historic commitment to shining a light on this problem and to seeking new pathways toward help, healing and justice. Many of you in this room made the commitment we celebrate, and the progress we've seen, possible. For years, you've given voice to this problem. You've stood up for victims in crisis and communities in need. And you've called for the resources - as well as the leadership - necessary to address and to end sexual assault.

The President's most recent budget is a testament to your efforts -- and to his focus on reversing current trends. For Fiscal Year 2011, an increase of nearly $30 million was requested for our Office on Violence Against Women. The budget doubles funding - from $15 million to $30 million - for our Sexual Assault Services Program, which provides crisis intervention, criminal justice advocacy and support during forensic exams. Funding for civil legal assistance for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault would be increased by $9 million. And, for the first time, the Office for Victims of Crime would set aside $100 million in funds specifically to address violence against women.

These investments are critical. And I will ensure that this department and our partners have the resources necessary to combat sexual assault and bring offenders to justice. This issue is deeply important to me. During a career spent as a prosecutor, a judge and a United States Attorney, I have seen the effects of sexual violence -- in the courtroom and far beyond. I understand how these crimes can devastate lives, families and communities. But I've never been more hopeful about our ability to make meaningful progress in ending sexual assault.

I know this progress won't come as easily or as quickly as we would like. But there's no question that this work is a priority for this administration and for this department. In fact, over the last two months, a dozen members of the department's leadership team have traveled to college campuses across the country to discuss the problem of sexual assault. Not only are they raising awareness about the problem, they're increasing our odds of eliminating it. I'm proud of this work, and I'm encouraged by the new investments we'll make this year. But I also recognize that the Justice Department can't tackle such a challenge on its own. The federal government can't either. Progress will depend on our ability to work together -- with those serving in the field and with our state, local, tribal and community partners.

FBI Gives Back Looted Foreign Artwork

A few days ago, the FBI held a ceremony to return looted artwork to the country of Peru. The FBI stated on its website, "The 18th-century religious paintings we returned to the government of Peru yesterday might not have been worth millions of dollars, but they symbolized something far more valuable than money - a nation's cultural heritage."

How, ironic, as aspects of my preexisting Copyrights symbolize my cultural heritage that has been profaned, perverted, diluted and deteriorated by miscreants like Madonna and Gwen Stefani, yet because it's worth billions, you haven't returned that.

FBI Computer System Still A Financial Sinkhole

The New York Times has announced The FBI's long awaited computer system has hit the wall again. Unbelievable! The Judiciary Report's sister site, the Sound Off Column, wrote a series of articles beginning in June 2006 (www.soundoffcolumn.com/june_06.htm) warning of future trouble with the FBI's planned computer system.

The Sound Off Column even detailed methods of creating and implementing a computer system for the FBI that was a mere fraction of the cost being tossed around in Congress and would require far less time.

America has some of the biggest computer companies in the world, yet Mueller has the nation's main law enforcement agency looking like they start fires with rocks and sticks, instead of matches.

Four years after the Sound Off Column articles, warning the FBI to change course in how it announced it would go about acquiring a computer system and $1billion dollars later in taxpayer money and the FBI's computer system is delayed once again with more problems cropping up.

The Sound Off Column warned the system would be useless if it was implemented over years rather than weeks or a few short months, as the speed of technology is as such, one year down the road, manufacturers will have released their latest innovations, making older models obsolete.

However, site reader, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, clearly thinks he knows more than me about computers, when he nearly fell for an identity theft scam via an email link he nearly clicked, thus he went about the computer system the long and wrong way. Now they are sitting on scrap metal, er, I mean outdated computers, with old operating systems and slower peripherals, much of which have not even been implemented.

I have a bridge I'd like to sell Mueller, because he is just that gullible that he would buy just about anything. This wouldn't be so sad if the country was not facing an unprecedented rise in terrorism both domestically and internationally.

Having a great, cutting edge computer system, makes a big difference in law enforcement matters. Technology can be used to prevent crime and boost productivity, but some people just don't grasp that. Robert S. Mueller is one of those people. Hence, the FBI being so slow and inefficient with cases, even when people's lives are at stake.

Side Bar: you still haven't accounted for hundreds of millions of dollars from the computer system money that went missing and was labeled "miscellaneous." Do we have to guess which off shore accounts that embezzled taxpayer money is sitting in. You better be glad I'm not President, because your butt would be in prison.

Massive FBI computer overhaul is put on ice (again)

Putting the project known as Sentinel on hold has alarmed some on Capitol Hill because the upgrade was considered vital to shoring-up deficiencies in key areas, The New York Times reports. Several years ago, FBI computer systems were so poor that many agents couldn't send or receive email and had difficulty getting case histories or tapping other databases.

Following the September 11 terrorist attacks, agents in Florida had to send their counterparts in Washington, DC, photographs of the hijackers by overnight mail because they couldn't send email attachments...

F.B.I. Faces New Setback in Computer Overhaul

Published: March 18, 2010 - WASHINGTON — The Federal Bureau of Investigation has suspended work on parts of its huge computer overhaul, dealing the agency the latest costly setback in a decade-long effort to develop a modernized information system to combat crime and terrorism.

The overhaul was supposed to be completed this fall, but now will not be done until next year at the earliest. The delay could mean at least $30 million in cost overruns on a project considered vital to national security, Congressional officials said...

The officials said the decision to suspend work on other parts of the program reflected the lessons learned from previous setbacks. When Lockheed Martin won the contract, the F.B.I. ended the previous computer overhaul and started over because the problems had grown too big to fix.

Robert S. Mueller III, director of the F.B.I., acknowledged problems in the project when he was asked about it at a House appropriations hearing on Wednesday...

While the F.B.I. described the problems as a minor setback, Congressional officials said they were alarmed.

Hollywood the industry, is such a perverse institution of smut and degeneracy, the late pop star, Michael Jackson feared hidden cameras being utilized against him, in situations privacy was to be expected by law, requiring his bodyguards to check his hotel rooms for the invasive units. His hidden camera concerns were revealed this week by three of the deceased singer's bodyguards, who made the claim on Good Morning America, during a candid interview about their former boss.

As stated in the lawsuit Aisha v. FBI and the Madonna case preceding it, Hollywood likes to unlawfully and perversely deploy hidden cameras installed by private investigators, in people's homes, hotel rooms and offices, they illegally place under surveillance. They also utilize other items such as illegal wiretaps, mobile phone cloning and hacking, as disclosed in the case of convicted private investigator, Anthony Pellicano.

The practice is quite sick, as it is voyeurism, strictly prohibited by U.S. and international law. Under the law and established legal standards, voyeurism automatically makes the perpetrators and those that hire them to commit said crimes, sex offenders, classed with pedophiles and rapists.

But in sick Hollywood, they believe spying on people 24/7 in violation of all codes of morality and existing legal statutes, is acceptable human behavior, when it is not and never will be. Society was never moving in that unconstitutional and internationally illegal direction, as some sickos in Hollywood committing these acts of criminal perversion comfort themselves in believing. They are the sickest people in existence.

Further proof of this fact is the loud outcry regarding the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District case (see article links below), which has enraged people all over the world.

It involves Harriton High School in Pennsylvania issuing laptops to all their students and not informing them or their parents, the units contains a hidden feature - surreptitious software trojan that remotely activates the computers' webcams, spying on students and their families at home or in any other situation they find themselves when the camera turns on.

The school has admitted they did this, but claim the webcam spy feature was only installed to locate lost or stolen laptops. However, neither Blake Robbins or his family reported the laptop lost or stolen, yet it turned on and took photos of him in his bedroom, which a vice principal threw in his face.

I sympathize with the Robbins, as in the Aisha v. FBI case, regarding obtaining Freedom of Information documents and the agency's blatant criminal negligence, members of Madonna's Kabbalah cult in Miami, on her instruction, would insidiously and harassingly approach me in public, perversely telling me verbatim, in great detail, the things being said and done in my home, due to sick hidden cameras technology she paid a private investigator to implement.

Had the FBI done their jobs from 2005, when I went to them with the problem of Madonna engaging in commissioned Anthony Pellicano style harassment and wiretapping, whilst committing criminal copyright infringement, via stealing items from my Copyrighted Catalog, that contains over 12,500 songs, the nasty old pervert wouldn't have felt empowered and emboldened to break the law even further via spying on me in my home, in criminal violation of U.S. law.

The FBI needs to be closed, as they are corrupt. Last week, FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, a known racist, went into the U.S. Congress and spewed enough hypocrisy to fill the room in manure.

He sounded the alarm regarding hacking, which saw California company, Google, hacked in China, with proprietary data, such as copyrighted source code and trade secrets, illegally copied from the search giant's private servers and stolen, then corrupted (damaging and or destroying the originals held by the true owner), allegedly by hackers in the Far East, attempting to rob and drive them out of their nation and its marketplace.

It's amazing that when Madonna and co. in Hollywood did the very same thing to me, which you were informed of via a formal written complaint, the domestically and internationally illegal conduct was fine by you, Mr. Mueller, as it facilitated the criminal theft of copyrights worth billions. However, now that it has been done to the FBI's partners at Google, you have a problem with it (Google gives the FBI personal data of users upon request). That's called barefaced hypocrisy and an ugly double standard.

Side Bar: For over a month, the Judiciary Report's articles were de-listed (removed to stop people from reading it in popular search results) from Google News and Google Blogs, at someone's request, due to the lawful, truthful exposés I wrote against certain people in Hollywood and entities such as the FBI, getting a lot of attention.

FBI Director: Hackers Have Corrupted Valuable Data

Mar 4, 2010 8:40 pm - Hackers breaking into businesses and government agencies with targeted attacks have not only stolen intellectual property, in some cases they have corrupted data too, the head of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation said Thursday.

The United States has been under assault from these targeted spear-phishing attacks for years, but they received mainstream attention in January, when Google admitted that it had been hit and threatened to pull its business out of China -- the presumed source of the attack -- as a result.

FBI Director Robert Mueller called these attacks a threat to the nation's security on Thursday, speaking at the RSA Conference in San Francisco. "Just one breach is all they need in order to open the floodgates," he said, speaking about the hackers behind these intrusions. "We have seen not only a loss of data, but also a corruption of that data." ...

"If hackers made subtle, undetected changes to your code, they could have a permanent window into everything you do," Mueller said. "Some in industry have likened this to death by 1,000 cuts. We are bleeding data, intellectual property, information, source code, bit by bit, and in some cases terabyte by terabyte."

Researchers investigating the Google attack -- thought to have affected at least 100 companies including Intel, Adobe and Symantec -- say that prime targets of the hackers were the source code management systems used by software developers to build code...

In some cases, hackers moved valuable intellectual property overseas using their victim's wide area networks, and then moved the data from branch offices to outside servers via the Internet, researchers say...

Gang Stalking

Gang stalking is a terrible type of egregious misconduct taking place in America that the FBI is aware of through several cases, both civil and criminal. Cults such as Kabbalah and Scientology use it to target, terrorize and destroy innocent people. They employ various methods, such as stalking and invasion of privacy, both serious crimes, in attempting to harass, wear down and destroy innocent people, in conduct that is positively un-American.

The trial of convicted private investigator, Anthony Pellicano, which the FBI investigated, was a prime example of how rich and famous Hollywood degenerates use private investigators to accomplish this goal, who in turn employ thugs and bullies, to gang stalk and terrorize innocent people, who refuse to meet their demands and desires.

I have been the target of a most sick breed of gang stalking, commissioned by pseudo-singer Madonna, a psychotic that choked a child, Keith Sorrentino and stalked various men and women that rebuffed her.

Lately, due to positive developments in my life, Madonna has once again escalated the commissioned harassment.

Kabbalah Harassed Disabled Friend

For example, two weeks in a row this month, my family and I went out to have dinner at the mall. We were out with a ward of the court, who is a disabled friend, that is a very nice person, who is well liked in the community.

Madonna sent, via the Kabbalah center in Miami, which is the cult she fronts, a group of four thugs, two weeks in a row, to harass, yell at, mock and terrorize us, getting so close, surrounding us and getting so abrasive and demeaning with what they were saying, we were concerned for our safety.

The first week they did this, I ignored them and we walked away from them, even though they kept following us for several minutes. When they did not get to me with the harassment, the second week they returned again, stalking us, but this time, not only did they target me, they mercilessly mocked and harassed our mentally disabled friend, as a means of getting to me, because their misconduct was ignored the week prior.

Stalking And Hate Crimes

Madonna has reached a new low, violating not only the Civil Rights Act with these hate crimes, but she has now violated the Americans with Disabilities Act as well, which is most appalling and sick.

Stalking is a state and national crime, which constitutes a felony. Madonna has repeatedly engaged in commissioned stalking via the Miami Kabbalah center, sending members of the cult, who identify themselves as such, to stalk, threaten and terrorize me on a regular basis. She is a horrible human being.

She has sent, via the Kabbalah center in Miami, some of the most psychotic, ill coordinated, hygienically challenged, rage filled people in the city, to harass, threaten, berate and deride me and in some instances, they have targeted members of my family, who were out in public with me as well. I have taken mobile phone pictures of many of them, some of which were recently submitted to the Court in the Aisha v. FBI case.

Vehicular Assault

Three incidents on public streets in Miami, devolved into members of Kabbalah trying to run me over with vehicles, most notably, a black Mercedes, which I informed the FBI of in writing and verbally in 2005.

Three years later, in 2008, the FBI, DOJ and Los Angeles prosecutor, stated publicly FOR THE FIRST TIME at the criminal trial of one of Madonna's private investigators, Anthony Pellicano, that he sent a man in a black Mercedes in an attempt to run over and kill Los Angeles Times journalist, Anita Busch, outside her home, on behalf of a wealthy Hollywood star and executive.

The Anthony Pellicano trial revealed they engage in vehicular assault, when they become exasperated and are unable to find any derogatory information or dirt on the victim they target with illegal surveillance, thus they resort to attempted murder, to rid themselves of the perceived problem, also known as an innocent citizen.

Private Eye Gavin DeBecker

Madonna also terrorizes innocent people through Los Angeles private investigator, Gavin DeBecker, who unlike Anthony Pellicano, is currently a free man. There are other currently free private investigators she uses as well, to target and terrorize innocent people she psychotically perceives as enemies. She is a sick person and depraved human being to do such debased things to people who have done her no harm.

The fact of the matter is, I don't know her and never did anything to her. I authored a Copyrighted Catalog of works and it made me a target of this horrible, sick, wicked woman, who has stolen her way to the top with a career that has been in free fall for a decade.

Mafia Threats

She also abused her Italian heritage, as did her private investigator, Anthony Pellicano and her boyfriend, Chris Pacello, both felons and members of the mafia, in sending a man to utter mafia death threats to me, threatening: when an order is given to kill someone, it comes down from the top in the mafia, then works its way down, to underlings, who carry out the murder.

This was one of her sick attempts to terrify me into giving up the full rights to my Copyrighted Catalog that she had begun stealing from and has become completely obsessed with.

In a time when most Italians shun mafia stereotypes, Madonna has disgracefully embraced it and has used it to threaten people like me.

Attempted Sexual Assault

Yesterday, in another incident in public, another Kabbalah recruit came up to me in public, started harassing and terrorizing me and tried to inappropriately touch me in a sexual manner. I took a mobile phone photo of him for future evidence in court.

That nasty, vile old beast Madonna, has dragged her sick conduct to new lows yet again. She is such a disgusting old pervert. What kind of nasty animal commissions something like that.

FBI Criminal Negligence

The FBI has allowed the misconduct to continue, because, as it was told to me, they entered into a conspiracy, as they want Hollywood stars to be the best in the world and allowing the criminal thefts of my preexisting Copyrights, via looking the other way to my case, is a means to achieving said felonious goal. It's ugly, but it is the truth.

The FBI has a consistent record of discriminating against black people and foreigners. They have been sued by a number of black civilians and African-American FBI agents, for racial discrimination and harassment.

In looking the other way to the copyright thefts, to unlawfully benefit Hollywood, it has also meant, the FBI has allowed the constant harassment against me in public by Kabbalah and invasion of privacy to continue as well, in violation of the Civil Rights Act and anti-stalking statutes.

What's even more disgraceful is a copy of the Aisha v. FBI lawsuit and a letter was sent to the White House (click here) as Madonna's commissioned misconduct via Kabbalah had begun escalating into terrible, dangerous levels of unprovoked violence, yet several months later, nothing has been done to stop it. The FBI, DOJ and Obama admin read this website and have been in the site statistics as visitors for quite some time.

It lends the impression the Obama admin approves of the misconduct coming out of Hollywood or why else would it continue happening. It's quite ironic, as he has daughters and wouldn't like anyone coming up to them in public on a regular basis, harassing, terrorizing and threatening them or trying to touch them inappropriately on a city street. Therefore, as a dad, one would expect more from him than that.

25,000,000 people have read about the aforementioned lawsuit via my sites, feeds and numerous other links. Therefore, I don't know why the current admin could logically believe the ONGOING criminal conduct they have allowed from Madonna and co., could help poll numbers.

It also doesn't look good that Obama's FBI and DOJ tried to challenge the Civil Rights Act in court and continue to stonewall me in not turning over the Freedom of Information Act documents I properly requested under the law, with the FBI sending me a letter stating I'd have to sue to get them.

Now that I have sued, they are still attempting to cling to the incriminating documents for dear life, have not denied any of my allegations and refuse to give an explanation for their appalling conduct in allowing Madonna to run loose with such terrible criminal activity. If someone accused you of something you didn't do, you'd deny you did it. Yet the FBI and DOJ keep dancing around it, refusing to deny it, as the evidence clearly illustrates they did and allowed others to do things they should not have either.

Individuals and entities such as the EFF have sued the FBI/DOJ and gotten the Freedom of Information Act documents released right away, yet the FBI/DOJ continue in a dogfight against me, trying to hide said documents like their lives depended on it. That's not transparency.
