A 40-year-old man in Britain, Paul Hutton, was arrested and charged with drunk driving, for being inebriated whilst getting behind the wheel of a kids Barbie car that goes the speed busting pace of 4 miles per hour.

According to reports, "The car runs on a 12v battery and has got two wheels. It can change its colour from pink to white." That's a hardcore set of wheels (from rolling on 22s to rolling on 2s). Not a vehicle for suckers.

Seriously, this is more proof one should not get drunk, as embarrassing stories of the above mentioned variety, can appear in the press. Hutton has been banned from driving, with a one year suspension placed on his license.

Disgraced, one-time actress and Kabbalah cult member, Linday Lohan, has filed a $100,000,000 lawsuit against online brokerage, E*Trade, claiming they used her image and likeness without permission to defame her.

The ad features a toddler named “Lindsay” who is a "milkaholic." Lindsay Lohan is no longer known for acting, but for being an alcoholic and drug abuser. She is apparently contending the ad exploited her image as a wino.

There was no invasion of privacy, the similarities are not distinct enough and she overestimates her fading fame, hanging on to the deluded belief, everyone knows her by just one name "Lindsay."

How are they going to credibly prove her name is worth $100,000,000 when no one in Hollywood wants to even hire her. Furthermore, Lindsay is a very common name and the ad was done in jest, in the vein, pardon the pun, of a parody. Satire cases are tricky.

Just because she's blown all her money, on well, blow, doesn't mean she should try to score a payday off a vague, satirical commercial. This case will not be easy to prove and the lawsuit shall not exempt her from public jokes, due to the content of the commercial.

Lindsay Lohan sues over "milkaholic" E*Trade ad

Tue Mar 9, 2010 12:41pm EST - NEW YORK (Reuters Life!) - The actress Lindsay Lohan has sued E*Trade Financial Corp for $100 million, saying a "milkaholic" baby girl who appeared in a recent commercial was modeled after her.

Lohan alleged that online brokerage's use in the ad the girl, also named Lindsay, improperly invoked her "likeness, name, characterization, and personality" without permission, violating her right of privacy.

In her lawsuit filed Monday in a Nassau County, New York state court, the 23-year-old actress sought $50 million of compensatory damages and $50 million of exemplary damages. She also demanded that E*Trade stop running the ad and turn over all copies to her...

"Lindsay" was in 2008 the 380th most popular name for newborn American girls, according to the U.S. Social Security Administration. That was down from 241th in 2004, when Lohan's popular film "Mean Girls" was released.

The E*Trade case is Lohan v. E*Trade Securities LLC, New York State Supreme Court, Nassau County, No. 004579/2010.

Years ago, this website and its sister site, the Sound Off Column, were the first to break the news that Lindsay Lohan is a drug addict. She strenuously denied it and stated she was being lied about, but this week she finally admitted she is the liar, via stating she has been abusing cocaine and alcohol.

She claims she is now drug free, which this site does not believe. She needs to not use drug abuse as a publicity tool and take sobriety seriously, lest her addiction claims her life at an early age.

February 22, 12:48 PM - Lindsay Lohan is coming clean about her substance abuse issues. Lohan told The Sun that she went to rehab three times and has "learned from her mistakes."

Lohan says the first time she went to rehab, it was her own choice and was because she was using prescription drug Ambien. Lohan went to rehab again after she hit a tree with her car and was charged with drunk driving and cocaine possession. The third time Lohan entered rehab, she was again driving under the influence and was found with cocaine on her person.

Lohan says about cocaine "I was only aware of cocaine because of my dad. I was terrified of it. But I tried it because I was stubborn, stupid, and wanted to see what it was like." She says that she's now allowed to drink again but knows her limits.
