Vulgar rapper and adulteress, Trina, has been exposed, after her purse was reportedly stolen at a B.E.T. awards function, which led to the leak of terrible mobile phone photos, showing her nude and with a angry looking rash. Excerpts have been carried on a number of blogs and music websites.

With her unoriginal track "Million Dollar Girl" floundering and her relationship with basketball player, Kenyon Martin, facing trouble, as it was reported he dumped her, Trina's cash flow never looked so poor.

It's hard to respect her brand of rap, where she proudly puts on display, the fact that she'll do anything for money. She brags in her rap songs of sleeping with people's dad's for money, engaging in threesomes and taking men for every dime they have. Hardly self-respecting.

She also attempts to create an illusion of being filthy rich, when she is not by any means, as she is living at the financial mercy of the men she dates for cash, also known as prostitution. Yes, one can be a semi-famous prostitute.

As for the unoriginality in her music, it is barefaced and astounding. Who does she think she is ripping off people's music, especially those who have actual talent and deteriorating it.

Trina's current song "That's My Attitude" is a rip-off of the 1980's Troop track of the same name, as was her terrible take on "I Got A Thang For You" by another R&B group, Lo-Key.

It's all so derivative, but the "Million Dollar Girl" infringement with fellow infringer Keri Hilson, takes the cake. Don't be surprised when she and all attached to it, get slapped with a lawsuit.

U.S. President Barack Obama, has renewed former President George W. Bush's controversial Patriot Act, in particular, three provisions, some of which are sorely being abused by the FBI.

The provision that, "Authorizes court-approved roving wiretaps that permit surveillance on multiple phones" is severely being abused by the FBI, to spy on innocent people in America, both citizen and non-citizen, with no suspected terrorist affiliations.

There is a type of roving mobile phone bug (wiretap) the Judiciary Report wrote about two years ago, based on a story that ran on Fox News. The FBI has the ability to turn on your mobile phone anywhere you are, triggering the microphone and having it act as an audio bug.

This enables them to pick up all conversation wherever the mobile phone is present, whether it be in your living room, bedroom, home office, car, church or at work.

It was used in a mafia case a few years ago and as you can tell, a Mafioso is not typically classified as a terrorist, but rather a hardened criminal.

However, on the orders of FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, roving mobile phone audio bugs mentioned above, have also been improperly and illegally used on journalists, bloggers, politicians, community workers, activists and businesspeople, among others, who have not broken the law.

In some instances, it was done off the record, in others the FBI flat out lied, making up stories, trying to tie innocent people to terrorist investigations they knew they had nothing to do with, in order to spy on people they had no legal grounds to place under invasive surveillance.

Then, when they've sufficiently snooped on the innocent targets, they close out the sub-investigations, claiming there was no finding of terrorism or connection thereto, regarding said journalist, blogger, activist ect...

It's fine to employing surveillance methods on genuine terrorist suspects, but some people in America have been subjected to this, based on political and financial reasons, which is unconstitutional and unlawful.

Obama signs one-year extension of Patriot Act

Saturday, February 27, 2010; 6:11 PM - WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama has signed a one-year extension of several provisions in the nation's main counterterrorism law, the Patriot Act.

Provisions in the measure would have expired on Sunday without Obama's signature Saturday.

The act, which was adopted in the weeks after the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks, expands the government's ability to monitor Americans in the name of national security.

Three sections of the Patriot Act that stay in force will:

-Authorize court-approved roving wiretaps that permit surveillance on multiple phones.

-Allow court-approved seizure of records and property in anti-terrorism operations.

-Permit surveillance against a so-called lone wolf, a non-U.S. citizen engaged in terrorism who may not be part of a recognized terrorist group...

All Encompassing Spying

As mentioned on the site in the January 19, 2010 article FBI Collected Thousands Of Phone Records Illegally, invasive spying has become an alarming breed of misconduct from the government and Hollywood cults such as Kabbalah and Scientology.

It has grown to encompass illegal wiretapping, mobile phone roving bugs, mobile phone cloning and wiretapping, GPS tracking, computer hacking, hidden cameras, audio bugs and fMRI mind reading technology.

Gang stalking, via acts of bribing unscrupulous individuals to criminally violate U.S. and international anti-stalking laws, is also included in this pattern of misbehavior, which shall be discussed on this website shortly.

You have to step back and ask yourself, is this really the direction society should be going in, where people have no privacy. No one likes the invasive spying, except for the perpetrators engaging in this abomination that can be classified as sick voyeurism.

The bare truth is, it has put off many people that are now concerned their privacy will be invaded without proper legal grounds. Even domestic and international politicians and diplomats are concerned about their own privacy. This is not the proper, democratic foundation for a free and happy society.

Said story now makes even less sense than before, leading the Judiciary Report to believe Cole is lying. A multi-millionaire celebrity, who drives sports cars and lives in a $7,000,000 home using a "Pay As You Go" phone, rather than the ubiquitous Blackberry or iPhone, is not a believable story.

People use "Pay As You Go" phones when they are on a budget or seek to make calls they do not want traced, hence the low priced disposable phone. It grants the impression Cole was hiding something, hence him using said "Pay As You Go" phone.

But he denies sending them to Miss Wild, claiming he passed on the unregistered pay-as-you-go phone to close friend Jay Wynters, who in turn gave it to another friend. That friend is said to have found the images and sent them to the model.

February 11, 2010 4:00 AM PST - Two years ago, when the FBI was stymied by a band of armed robbers known as the "Scarecrow Bandits" that had robbed more than 20 Texas banks, it came up with a novel method of locating the thieves.

FBI agents obtained logs from mobile phone companies corresponding to what their cellular towers had recorded at the time of a dozen different bank robberies in the Dallas area. The voluminous records showed that two phones had made calls around the time of all 12 heists, and that those phones belonged to men named Tony Hewitt and Corey Duffey. A jury eventually convicted the duo of multiple bank robbery and weapons charges.

Even though police are tapping into the locations of mobile phones thousands of times a year, the legal ground rules remain unclear, and federal privacy laws written a generation ago are ambiguous at best. On Friday, the first federal appeals court to consider the topic will hear oral arguments (PDF) in a case that could establish new standards for locating wireless devices.

In that case, the Obama administration has argued that warrantless tracking is permitted because Americans enjoy no "reasonable expectation of privacy" in their--or at least their cell phones'--whereabouts. U.S. Department of Justice lawyers say that "a customer's Fourth Amendment rights are not violated when the phone company reveals to the government its own records" that show where a mobile device placed and received calls...

Once a Hollywood plot, now 'commonplace'

Whether state and federal police have been paying attention to Hollywood, or whether it was the other way around, cell phone tracking has become a regular feature in criminal investigations. It comes in two forms: police obtaining retrospective data kept by mobile providers for their own billing purposes that may not be very detailed, or prospective data that reveals the minute-by-minute location of a handset or mobile device.
