Pop music lip syncer and Sony artist Britney Spears, was spotted in public looking off, confused and tormented, still not her old self, after her well publicized fall from grace a few years ago.
It is amazing that huge sums of money continue to be spent on her and Spears still looks kooky and confounded, like an escaped prisoner from a mental institution. Should someone in her frame of mind, in said mental state, really be in the limelight.

It's amazing that after all the money that has gone into helping singer Britney Spears bounce back from schizophrenia, it cannot undo the aged, weathered appearance the 28-year-old now sports, due to years of hard living and significant emotional and mental distress.
Her face doesn't remotely look the same as it did just a few short years ago, having aged much faster than it should have for someone in their twenties. As for her mental state, she is being kept on a very tight leash, like a mental patient capable of self-harm.

March 9, 2010 - Well, according to Courtney Love, Britney Spears is being held as a prisoner of her own home and isn’t even allowed to have the most common household item: ink pens.
She tweeted to Sam “Osama” Lutfi, “@SamLutfi is Brit Brit even allowed a pen and paper we know shesnotallowedcomputers tv phones or counsel; shes not allowed pens come ON!”
To which he responded, “@Courtneyloveuk Doubt if Brit Brit is allowed to have a pen, but I do know that she’s not allowed an opinion, a voice, freedom, normalcy etc.”...
