Steven Seagal Sexually Harassed Ray Charles' Granddaughter

Steven Seagal

Martial arts action star, Steven Seagal, who has been sued by Kayden Nguyen, has another woman to add to the nearly one dozen women, famous and unknown, that have accused him of sexual assault.

This time it is the granddaughter of the late, legendary singer and musician, Ray Charles. Blair Robinson stated she met, Seagal, at her granddad's funeral. He offered her a job to work as his personal assistant, on one of his films, while shooting on location.

Kayden Nguyen

On the first day of work, Seagal entered her room and informed Robinson she would have to massage him as apart of her job duties. Then, he began sexually harassing her, via giving her a back massage without permission.

She left after the first day and recently stated in a deposition for Nyguen's lawyer, "It became clear that Seagal expected her to perform sexual favors."

Blair Robinson

The sad part is, Seagal is one of many famous men that behave this way - like spoiled brats in a candy store, believing they are entitled to take everything they want. There is no "Hi, I would like to take you out some time" - it's immediately put your hands on the woman without consent.

Keep it up Steven and someone's going to kick you in your dojo.

School In Webcam Spy Case Captured 56,000 Secret Images Of Students

Blake Robbins

It was revealed today in the Blake Robbins v. Lower Merion School District laptop webcam spying case that the school captured 56,000 images of students without their consent, in different states of undress, in their homes, among other places.

Harriton High, one of the schools in Lower Merion School District, initially lied and tried to play down the case, but as anyone can see, it is a sick, gross invasion of privacy that needs to be prosecuted.

The people on the school board involved in this perversion would not like it if it were done to their families. Yet, had no qualms about doing this to others.

More Women Speak Out Against Steven Seagal

Steven Seagal

In the April 13, 2010 Judiciary Report article entitled Steven Seagal's Libido Strikes Again, the site cited past complaints by actresses, Jamie Pressly and Kelly LeBrock, as women that complained of Steven Seagal's sexual harassment and abusiveness.

A few days later, Crime Insider unearthed an article featuring actress, Jenny McCarthy, who also stated Seagal sexually harassed her, insisting she take of her dress in his office, after she responded to a movie casting ad he placed in a trade paper for the film "Under Siege" 2. It is also being reported that he previously sexually harassed "Baywatch" star Yasmin Bleeth.

Yasmin Bleeth

Much like he placed an employment ad on the Craig's List website for an executive assistant and now stands accused of forcefully groping and fondling the woman that responded to the advertisement, Kayden Nguyen. Five other past female employees have contacted Nguyen's lawyer and are waiting to testify against Seagal.

Jamie Pressly

The moral of the story is, never respond to an ad by Steven Seagal. Dude will not keep his hands to himself. Say what you want about Kayden Nguyen, but Pressly, LeBrock, McCarthy and Bleeth are more famous than Seagal and they stated he likes to sexually harass and put his hands on women, in an abusive manner, without permission.

Jenny McCarthy

Yes, some women do cry wolf, but some don't and Seagal has had a problem for years in this regard, that people in Hollywood have known about for quite sometime, yet not wanting to disrupt the financial gravy train, none of the studios, in particular his mainstay, Sony, reined him in, knowing sexual assault is a crime.

The misconduct Seagal is accused of by famous women and unknowns alike, goes way beyond a man making crude sexual jokes to the opposite sex. This is unwanted physical contact, sexual abuse and harassment. No one has the right to put their hands or anything else, on another person, against their wishes. Seagal wouldn't like it if he got locked up and a raging homosexual inmate wouldn't stop groping him.

Kayden Nguyen

This is one of the terrible aspects of Hollywood - men in the industry do not like being told no and will get aggressive and even violent in the face of rejection.

Steven Segal and ex-wife Kelly Lebrock

Never mind there are women that will willingly go out with and engage in sexual relations with them, they get mean and abusive with the ones that tell them no, believing themselves to be so special that no woman is to dare reject them.

Tiger Woods Mistress Paid Millions For Silence

Tiger Woods

Rachel Utichel, one of the mistresses of embattled golfer, Tiger Woods, was reportedly paid millions for her silence, via a confidentiality agreement, brokered by her attorney.

The Judiciary Report is not in favor of such conduct, as Ms. Utichel was a consenting adult, who conducted a sexual affair that greatly damaged an innocent woman and her children, threatening the love and stability of a family unit.

Elin Woods

For that she should be paid squat, zilch, zero, nada, nothing - and have the decency to keep silent for free, as she is no victim. It was extortion. Any money should go to Woods' children.

When they get older, they will be the ones that stumble across photos on the internet of Utichel trailing their dad to Florida, after the distasteful story broke, while other snaps show her strategically bending over to show the paparazzi her butt, which coincidentally, she basically sold by taking the settlement money, when she has not been damaged in anyway.

Woods' wife Elin could not feel good about how these women released salacious items to the press, throwing the details of adulterous affairs with her husband in her face and with the way the internet works, that of her children in years to come, as that stuff stays out there.

If Utichel has any decency, she'd give any money she reaped from her adulterous conduct to charity and apologize to his wife and children, for the pain she has caused them, in tandem with Tiger. Why should he be the only one to apologize. It's time for the women involved in this scandal to start apologizing.

That's another thing. Allred has taken honorable cases representing people who have truly been harmed by others. I've read of a case she undertook, regarding minors that sustained damage.

Therefore, it's a mystery why she takes cases such as Uchitel and Joslyn James, as these are women who are consenting adults that engaged in adultery, with a man everyone knows is married. As the Judiciary Report sees it, Elin and her two kids are the only aggrieved parties.

If I were a lawyer and Utichel came to me regarding Woods, I would tell her, "You don't need a lawyer. You need a church. The only thing you are victim to is your own lust."

Municipality Camera Speeding Tickets Overturned

Miami Dade Circuit Court Judge, Jerald Bagley, overturned speeding tickets issued by local municipalities, as they are unlawful when not issued by the State. Several towns and villages within Miami, such a upscale, Aventura, installed their own cameras at traffic lights, to catch speeding motorists.

Attorney Bret Lusskin, who runs the law firm, Ticket Cricket, obtained the landmark ruling, on behalf of client, Richard Masone, who had been issued several hundred dollars in speeding tickets in a short period of time ($875). What this ruling will mean for other cases, is yet to be seen, but it has become case law that one can reference.

Judge: Aventura Red-Light Cameras Illegal

Feb 22, 2010 3:14 pm US/Eastern - Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge Jerald Bagley ruled Monday that Aventura could not use the cameras to catch and ticket drivers for running red lights in the city.

"The ruling says that the entire program is illegal," said attorney Bret Lusskin of The Ticket Cricket, who represented the plaintiff Richard Masone.

The cameras are still standing, though. The city of Aventura is expected appeal the ruling; should that happen, the cameras would continue to operate during the appeals process. Lusskin said he would tell his clients not to pay tickets going forward, since Bagley's ruling undermines the ability of Aventura police to enforce red light violations...

Aventura installed its cameras in July 2008 and began fining drivers who ran red lights in October 2008. The city charged drivers $125 for the first time they got caught, but bumped the fines up to $250 for a second offense within a 12 month period, and $500 for a third offense within a 12 month period...

Lusskin argued that only the state Legislature could pass traffic laws aside from parking regulations. He also said that police officers should be present to enforce traffic violations...
