The Judiciary Report speculated weeks ago, regarding Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James, having a type, which is tough, promiscuous women bearing many tattoos. Bullock, as the public can see, does not meet that description, nor should she, as it is not a flattering profile.

Further proof of Jesse James' type surfaced this week, when the identity of a fifth mistress was revealed, as a tough, tattooed woman named Merilee Gerth.

She also pulled a Monica Lewinsky by saving an item of clothing with James' DNA on it. Why would a woman save something like that, unless she has a terrible ulterior motive.

What's odd is Gerth had sexual contact with James, saved the shirt with his DNA, then threatened to sue him for sexual harassment in a case he settled. Why did she have sexual relations with him if it was sexual harassment.
